Store has a large selection, but is very expensive. I was looking for a pair of work boots. I found a pair I liked, but did a quick search on my phone and found the same pair for less than half the price.

Today I went in looking for a cute rhinestoned belt and found one that I really liked but they didn’t have my size in the store. Maddison was kind and helpful the whole time and called every store until she found the belt in my size. Thank you Maddison for the great shopping experience! We need more helpful and kind people like you! (Two thumbs up)

Boot Barn has one of the best selections of boots of all kinds. I was looking for a work boot. Eloisa helped me until her lunch, then Ashley finished me up. Excellent service. I had a hard time making up my mind but it didn’t seem to bother either one of them.
Very pleasant shopping experience.

They finally lowered the prices on Carhartt pants but that’s only because Tractor Supply had them $ 10 cheaper. Friendly staff. The blonde manager or owner is rude. Not many other places to shop for clothes though so have to deal with it.

Terrible customer service both times I visited this store. I would not have come back a second time however I had a gift card that could not be used online. Finally after being in the store for 30 minutes someone asked me if I needed help. After telling me about an additional discount of 25% off on clearance items she thought existed she said she would go double check for me. After waiting 10 minutes in the same boot isle she didn’t come back. I found her in the clothing and asked if she checked on the discount, she said she forgot. I got in line to check out then behind me I hear a loud «excuse me» coming from behind me. It was the manager or owner (I’m not sure which) with the bank bag that couldn’t be bothered to walk around the line to get to the registers. What a joke. I will NEVER be back!

My Daughter & I had a blast… The help their was way cool… We had so much fun that helpers where enjoying us being their!!!
I reckon we will be shopping more, Prices are a little high but if you look for the right tag then you’ll get one heck of a deal: ]

We came in to buy a replacement cowboy hat for Grandpa (88 yrs.), but they didn’t have his size in stock, so one of the managers, Joe, special ordered the size we needed. When we came to pick it up a week later, Joe used a steam machine to flatten the brim just the way Grandpa likes. But when we took it to him in his assisted living home, the hat was too small. We remeasured and saw our mistake, and went back to Boot Barn to see what we could do. Joe took the hat back cheerfully, found the correct size and flattened the brim again. What a great shopping experience, and Grandpa now proudly wears his new hat (with his Masonic pin, civil war emblem and woman’s gold belt as a hat band) down to the dining room for meals. He’s a happy guy! Thank you Joe and thank you Boot Barn! Oh, and my husband actually found a comfortable pair of boots that were wide enough for his 11.5EEEEE feet! So make that two happy guys!

There’s a plethora of cowboy accessories. From hats, belts, jeans, boots, costume jewelrys, and just lots more. I was looking for cowboy boots for me, but they didn’t carry the color that I liked. Very limited selection for womens shoes size under 6.5 compared to men and women who has shoe sizes that are bigger. I asked a saleslady there for a red durango, and she said she doesn’t think that these specific brand makes them in red. I looked online on their website, and found nothing. I looked at Amazon, and boom! Red Durango Boots! for around $ 10 less than their sale price. not their usual price, it was on «sale» in their store for $ 10 less than the retail price, so it’s basically $ 20 less, and free shipping. Oh, and since this specific store is in Clovis, there’s a higher sales tax here than if you bought it at Fresno. And there’s no other Boot Barn in Fresno.

Yeehaw! Friendly staff and a lot of boots. I didn’t know cowgirl shirts could be so expensive. The cheapest shirt for a lady my size was 35 bucks, but I work on a scale that anything not under 20 is expensive.
