I’m not sure why people like this place so much, all the food, to me has the same flavoring. What I enjoy the most are their soft serve cones. Their street tacos are almost like carnitas. Not too impressed with this restaurant.

Came in today to have lunch, I was blown away! The food is kind of pricy but well worth it. I had the beef brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese and beans with jalapenos. I will most definitely be back, the food was memorable

For a fast food BBQ chain Dickeys sucks. I don’t mean to be a d bag but that’s my honest opinion and I agree with other fellow Unilocalers review. Their brisket is on the salty side and the portions and value is over priced and very little. Saved your money and head towards Dog House, West Wood, or Texas Roadhouse is way better for the portions and value. Also their BBQ sauce is watery and too sour for my taste I’d prefer store bought BBQ sauce over Dickeys. This is my first time coming to Dickeys and my last, I wish Fresno opens up a Lucilles BBQ now that is some awesome BBQ.

The food was good and I loved the atmosphere-also the free ice cream was a plus for my kids. Quite expensive but I can see why, the place is clean and well kept… did I mention free ice cream?

I had dinner here tonight. Poor customer service. All kids working looked miserable. Gal working register was completely clueless. She seemed lost. The food was 3 out of 5. I ordered the family pack. Pulled pork, beef brisket, fries, potato casserole and Mac cheese. All were flavorful. Meats were a bit dry but I drowned it in bbq sauce. My bill was $ 50. Overall. It wasn’t worth the $. If I want to pay that much for bbq I will go famous daves. I brought my puppy with me so we had our dinner outside. The other ppl with me noticed that the restaurant was all white people, and when they went inside to use the bathroom everyone stared at them as though they’ve never seen An Asian person

The bbq ribs and beef brisket was super dry and salty. I only ate two ribs and could t eat anymore. Also, bbq sauce tasted like crap. I was disappointed of the food quality, even I can bbq better than that.

Not a big fan. I went for the first time today. Firstly, the main worker didn’t give me an indication of how I should order/where I should go. The dude didn’t give me any eye contact during the whole process… he kept looking down, slicing meat. I awkwardly stood there for 2 minutes, waiting for some sort of gesture. I ended up getting the little hoagie(pulled pork) with 2 sides(Mac n cheese + onion twisters). The sandwich wasn’t too warm, and the bread was blegh – it was not good. The meat is okay, but it didn’t have enough(if any?) sauce… but I think you can get some sauce on the side. Mac n cheese was not worth it, way too cheesy – I recommend getting something else. Onion twisters taste like a combination of burnt pieces cooked in fish oil. Not good whatsoever. The meal was not worth the $ 10, I honestly would have rather spent it on quality food at Panera Bread next door. On the plus side, the interior is clean and big, they have huge TVs, they offer free(albeit reeeeally sweet) soft serve, and their bathroom soap smells really good. So if that’s what you’re into, then this is the place for you.

Decided to check out Dickeys alone. I had been told by several people that«Dickeys was too expensive for no reason». Finding out for myself, I’d have to agree, I ate alone and spent $ 18. This is a chain /fast food type joint, $ 18 per person is not what you expect to spend at such a place, unless the food just absolutely floors you. It did not, however, for a chain it’s impressive they’ve been able to maintain real BBQ and smoke flavors. Where that was good, all the meat was over cooked and dried out. But the impressive part really was that they had ACTUAL Brisket,(they chopped it, which is something I don’t like done), pulled pork and real chicken breast, none of their meats seemed fake or over processed like chain food would normally be. I liked that, just wished it wasn’t dried out, the sauces(3) were all pretty great and smokey! Free ice cream was a plus! A photo of Ronald Reagan inside was a plus as well!

So glad there is a Dickey’s closer to us. This location is pretty convenient and right next to the Sierra Vista Mall and Sierra Vista Theater so it’s perfect for a quick bite to eat before shopping or a show. We especially like to eat on Sunday’s as it is KIDSEATFREE(one free kids meal with each adult full price meal). This time we went in on a Sunday and had the 3 meat plate, rib plate and the kids meat plate(free of course– and comes with a beverage). Tried the brisket, pulled pork and ham for our three meat choices and 2 side choices of okra and potato casserole tonight. Each meat was moist and very flavorful. And the sides were plentiful and filling. This is a great meal for sharing as your meal comes with your choices of meats, sides, roll and pickle and onion garnish. The rib plate comes with your choice of side and about 5 – 6 ribs. The ribs were kind of salty and didn’t seem to be of great quality. They were filled with fat and pieces of cartilage. Probably wouldn’t order those again. Kid’s plate choices include chicken nuggets, meat plate or a sandwich. We had the brisket and Mac and Cheese as our side and both were very good. This place is great for their drink selection. You get a reusable(and take home) plastic cup to fill with brewed tea, sweet tea, soft drink or your own combo. Dining area is much like a cafeteria with moveable tables and chairs. Four televisions in the area and most are on sports when we go in. Ambiance isn’t too loud but it definitely isn’t a quiet place either. Finish your meal off with hand wipes and serve yourself soft serve. As much or as little vanilla soft serve as you want. Given 4 Stars because the price is a bit steep. With our 3 meat plate, rib plate free kids meal and an additional beverage it was still about $ 30. We did leave stuffed and with a bit extra in a to-go box. Will still visit again when we are ready to treat ourselves and eat some hearty BBQ.

First time here: got the 2 meat plate with beef brisket & polish sausage with fried okra & Mac & cheese. Meats were tender and juicy, but it does need more seasoning. The bbq sauce was ordinary; sadly their sweet bbq sauce was out & I was unable to try it. Their ice cream sucks, although it is unlimited. Will definitely come back just for the fried okras!

This is the worst BBQ you could spend money on. It’s weird to walk in and have them unwrap your meat of choice from plastic wrap and slice or mince it up. The meat is extremely dry. Flavor not smokey and great like you would expect it to be. The food is very expensive and of poor quality. With as many other options for amazing BBQ in town, this place will not get my money or business again.

Yucky! We really wanted to get some good bbq but sadly we were so disappointed! Should of listened to reviews! There was NOTHING good about it! Very very dry brisket. «Rolls«it comes with are tiny square dinner rolls. Bbq sauce was just average. I can’t believe we paid for a meal we barely could eat! Heed my advice WALK Away!!!

Love the yellow cup and the dining area is nice. Very clean inside and service was good! I had turkey and I was surprised to see it was not a turkey breast and carved? It did not look that impressive. It tasted ok but left more to be desired. The bread was very good. Mac and cheese is very good and beans real good. Ice cream is delicious and plenty of sweet tea choices! Worth a second visit with the kiddos!

I am glad to see more restaurants opening at Sierra Vista Mall, but I do wish that they had more child friendly places. Before I headed to Target, I took my kiddos to eat at Dickey’s. This was our first time here. The place has a nice western ambiance, like going on a BBQ picnic, and they have like four televisions, all with sports, which I don’t mind because that’s what I watch at home. As you walk in, the spot where you order your food is right beside the entrance, and the person making the food is on the other side of a bordering window… so basically you tell him what you want and they make it there. Then you are to loop around the corner and pay. I ordered some nuggets, fries, and mac n cheese for the kids, and I bought a half rack of ribs for myself. The cool part were the drinks. We were given some plastic reusable cups that we could take home. Now came time to eat. The kid’s meals were not spectacular. The nuggets looked just like the ones that I buy at the frozen section from Vons, yet the kids did say that their fries and mac n cheese were good. My ribs weren’t bad. A bit dry for my taste, but still alright. I paid about $ 35 for the visit, a bit pricey for what we ordered. This review is based on a first visit, but I will definitely be back to give Dickey’s another try.

Did an online order which was pretty neat cause it beats standing in line. When I went for pick up the place was pretty empty. I thought cool this will be quick. Just get my food and go. The employees there seem clueless and all over the place. They do not know how to work together. One girl kept getting frustrated and running back and forth wondering what to do next. What should of been in and out took about 15 min. They finally gave us our food and i checked my chicken Ceasar salad. It had a few pieces of chicken and no crutons dressing or dinner roll(these things were suppose to come with my Salad). My husband went back to get them. They were out of crutons so my husband asked for more chicken. Overall the food was good. I will not eat the salad again because the lettuce tasted wilted and old. Left a nasty taste in my mouth even after brushing! My husband’s food on the other hand was actually very good. He had the big bbq brisket sandwich with mashed potato casserole and bbq beans. And my daughter had the kids chicken nuggets with waffle fries. I understand this place just opened and probably needs some time on their feet to understand how to work together and provide great customer service. So with that being said I will come back in a month or two and update my review. But for now I will stick with herndon and clovis location.

Really no WOW to this place. Would rather eat at Doghouse grill. Their bbq is not all that, frozen, flavorless, & dry.

Nice and organized. The honey ham was good, the beef brisket was a little on the dry side and the pork ribs were cooked perfectly. The potato casserole is very filling. The fried okra is extremely yummy. I would order that by itself it is so good. You get ice cream included in the dinner which is always a nice bonus. Coming here on a Sunday I thought it would be busy. But the staff here is very organized, friendly and fast. I didn’t have to wait long in line. I will be back.
