I dont know where to start! My car fixed here last couple year, they done a fantantic job (probably under old manager). Really nice guy, great costumer service! Then i suggest my girlfriend to get her car fixed here. There is no word decribe how embarassed i was when her car done. there are many chip in the car hood, 100% sure it happened during repair time because i alway check the car before i going to repair everytime to make sure people dont scratch my car! I pointed those chips to the the manager, he refused and explained that other guys (Jason) fixed my car, not him. And he already took off. if you want to talk to him, come back on Monday! I was at school, so my gf took the car to went back and complaint about those chips. he said those happend when you hit the small rock on Freeway. I swear, if it hit small rock, the paint would be larger and damage the cover. He refused to do anything. They promised to done in 10 days, turn out to be 20 days and they never give us any update unless we call in. I wish i never took my girlfriend there to fixed her car. Trashy place, worst costumer service! Ever

Had to give one star else this won’t get posted. Paint job was good but they killed my rear ecu for defrost, lock, can’t close rear door. Do a search on bbb and you’ll see why I’m pist.

Great work, insurance said I couldn’t go there because it wasn’t on their list. Well I’m glad I did. They took great care of my car and even paid the difference for original parts. Great job hedricks
