I’ve been coming here for years and the service is always fantastic! From the person who greets you to find out what you’d like, to the cashier to the people who clean the cars everyone is super nice! The only wrinkle is that they never seem to get every spot perfectly clean. I consistently have to ask to have a spot cleaned or something scraped off the window. Overall not a bad service though!

The service here is pretty good but management or the owner really needs to stop being so cheap and bring more people to work to dry off your cars faster. Cars pile up in the sun with nobody on them. On several occasions, I have had to leave with my car wet with no paid for tire shine or get a towel and start drying my own car. We pay for a service not to wait for over an hour to get your car dried. This issue isn’t just an occasional thing, it’s almost everytime. The owners might want to go observe Vintage Car Wash in Modesto to see how it’s done. I moved from Modesto to Clovis and Vintage Car Wash knows how to run a car wash smoothly from start to finish. Just bring in more people to dry off your car so that your customers can spend more time on the road rather than sitting and waiting forever. If you did this, you would be a 5 star rating.

Overall the staff is pretty friendly. especially Melinda at the register! I’m always happy with the results! This place does a great job and with the discounts online or the dollar off ticket every time you come through anyways it tends to be affordable too!

This was my first time coming here and I was very excited! My car was pretty dirty and a box of cat litter had spilled a bit in my trunk. The young man told me they’d vacuum my trunk no problem, I just had to pop it open. It didn’t take long for my car to be cleaned which was good because I was on a school break. I got my car and one of the workers asked me if I wanted him to walk me through what they cleaned, I declined since I had to leave back to school. Once I got home I finally examined my car.
1. There were spots on my passenger window
2. Spots on my back window
3. They did not vacuum my trunk like they said they would.
4. They gave me the wrong scent… which isn’t a big deal at all to be honest, haha. But still worth mentioning!
I was so very disappointed. I will not be returning here.
The workers were kind but I didn’t spend 15 dollars (had a coupon) for my car to look like I went through a quick gas station car wash.

Just finished an oil change elsewhere with fantastic service, value and speed. And now I’ve waited over THIRTY minutes in my hot car and I haven’t even gotten to the attendant yet. If Jiffy Lube can change my oil and filters, vacuum my car, fill the tires and top of the fluids, why does it take THIS long and they haven’t even started cleaning my car yet???
— Update — I ended up waiting 50 minutes IN my car before it even got to the drop off point. And when I got it back, after specifying that my area of concern was the vacuuming, it still was dirty on the floors, the dashboard was only halfway wiped (I could see the front half was still dusty), and a post-​it had been left with my wash info by the attendant, made it through the entire machine and hand wash process, was still attached on the outside windshield — which leaves me with little confidence in the actual cleaning job…

Used to go there all the time for my oil change on my 2012 Ford Focus. now they’re charging $ 10to remove a skid plate which is basically an extra 5 bolts to remove. I think that’s a rip off they’ve definitely lost my business

I love this place or at least this location! Employees are nice! The cashier inside is amazing and just the sweetest! I absolutely trust these people with keeping my car clean! I honestly don’t think I’ll go anywhere else! I highly recommend this location to others or at the very least give it a try!

I had my car washed this morning and I realized shortly after leaving that I had not gotten what I paid for — no new car smell, no rain shield, etc… I called and spoke with Gil — the manager. He asked me to return. They went above and beyond to make things right — even shined the tires.
Mistakes happen, but character is determined by how we go about fixing the mistakes. I’m very pleased with the outcome. Thank you!

I was pretty disappointed with this location They usually do a pretty good job at other locations. It was my first time taking my brand new car to this Red Carpet. When we pulled up, Mike S. helped us. We were very glad he greeted us. He explained the different plans, he even showed us which clipboard to save us money.
After my car was «dried» I had to wait around to get my keys… The lady that dried my car took my paper/​receipt marked it then didn’t say anything and walked off. I had to ask for a towel to dry my own car off in several areas… There was a hand print and many smudges on my car. We didn’t even want to tip them.
I guess this is what a $ 20 car wash service looks like. .
Was debating about the unlimited car monthly car wash deal before we brought in our car. Looks like we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Really disappointed for my first time here. I got the «Best» Wash and I added the interior shine, and I must admit I was expecting really good results for the price I paid for this wash. But, all four of my wheels were still dirty, (looks like they weren’t even touched), the inside of my car was still dusty, nothing in there was «shiny» or even looked clean. They didn’t even bother to vacuum under the mats. And I don’t know if they’re supposed to vacuum the trunk of the car, but they didn’t bother to do that either. Overall horrible car wash. And I won’t be coming back any time soon.

okay i give it a 5 coz i always go here and only one guy cleans my car. and thats jose rizo… he cleans very well and not rush… thats why i always request him… been going here for 2years now and jose always do his job very well… of course you give him a nice tip. yeah! only two guys clean your car very well… that old guy and jose

OK Ok… You’re right… That was a bit over the top and I apologize to your employees for the comment and I’ve removed it.
My original point remains true. There were two other customers sitting next to us, saying exactly the same thing. For $ 20 bucks… we ought to get a really good wash job inside and out, and not be understaffed so much that it took almost an hour to finish the process. The fact remains that the quality of wash has deteriorated recently. The outside manager was just walking around and didn’t seem to be getting anything done any quicker. Other employees were doing the same. The lady next to us had to ask them to rewash her car.
Bad day? Maybe. Bad wash… definately.

Their machinery is getting very old at all of their full service locations.
The dryers that are suppose to not touch your vehicle are getting weak and bounce on your vehicle.
Even if you ask for «touch less» at the Blackstone location, you are still going to make contact with those dryers.
There are newer car washes popping up that are much better and less expensive that Red Carpet.

Holy crap… the place I used to go to got bought out by these guys and are making it a ride and shine so I thought I would give the Shaw and willow location a shot seeing how I like the full service… I received a 13.95 coupon from a guy stationed at the old place handed it to the guy at the new place… he asked if I wanted my tires done I said yes then he asked if I wanted the inside done I said yes… now this shit was included at my old spot so I didn’t think much of it… got to the register …30.00 please wtf… that’s with a coupon I about had a heart attack… my old spot was 19.00 out the door everything included… I suppose I’ll have to wash my car from now on!

I get about 12 car washes a month here and I use all off the Red Carpet locations to include two in Fresno, Clovis and Visalia locations.
I typically only get my work car washed here as the red carpet car wash is extremely hard on the paint and you will see a lot of small scratches and swirl marks if you have a dark colored vehicle. We found this out the hard way with my wife’s Mercedes after we bought and used red carpet for 3 months. Which is why the two star rating.
The staff on the other hand I would give a four star rating to them. I’ve gotten to know several of them and they are always friendly. Fernando is always smiling and friendly on the ride and shine. Michael is always helpful when you check in for the full service wash service.
I love the convenience of red carpet I just wish their washes weren’t so hard on the paint.
