Jersey Mike’s Subs

OMG! Talk about slow service! They need to stop talking and make a sandwich. They were not busy at all so I guess the two girls working thought it was to stop and chat instead of work. I actually had to let them know that I needed to get going so if they could move a little faster it would be good. I only ordered one sandwich and she had to ask me several times if it was «mikes way». Then the sandwich was mostly lettuce. Won’t be going back. :(

Love this place! Great customer service and amazing subs. I recommend the #56. However recently I’ve had to go gluten free and was excited to see on their website that gluten free sub rolls are available. Unfortunately this location does not carry them. No large chain sandwich shops seem to have GF bread and I’d like to see Jersey Mikes be the first.

Usually go here at least once or twice a week… The Philly cheesesteak was just OK /​lately end up getting the number 13 Italian and it is an awesome sandwich. Not the fastest in the world so if you’re in a hurry you better call your order in. The one on Shaw Avenue is twice as fast… If you’re looking for great fresh sandwich this is the place

Tried this place since Deli Delicious closes at 8. The ingredients were decent and fresh, but it was all lost in the oil and vinegar. My bread literally resembled a used soggy kitchen sponge, which killed the whole sandwich for me. I couldn’t really taste anything past the vinegar. Plus the sub was supposed to have bacon on it and there was no bacon anywhere on my sandwich. I hate giving a low number of stars, but this place just doesn’t do it for me. So Jersey Mikes gets one star for being open after 8pm and another star for not putting cheese on my sub like I requested.

First time I have gone, it was yummy. Got a Philly cheese steak. Staff was really great too

LOVE LOVE LOVE this sandwich shop!!! They have super fresh ingredients. Every sandwich my family and I have ordered has been amazing. The bread is amazing. It isn’t too thick and is never dry or hard.

Been to this location twice and both times the customer service was excellent. The sandwiches are very good. The meats are freshly sliced and you are given a generous portion. I recommend this place if you’re looking to get a good sub sandwich. I will be back again!

I have been to this location 3 times already. The sandwiches are yummy, but the last time I went, I found an ant on my sandwich! I let an employee know & they gave me a whole new sandwich. This last time I went the employees were not friendly, especially one guy. The other two times I have been before the third time the employees were friendly. I will be getting sandwiches from here again, just hopefully the employees are nicer. The ant I found in my sandwich, I hope was just a freak accident!

Have been here several times and have had good experiences with food other than 1 time when the cold roast beef was received it had very little meat.
On other 2 visits they charged tax on cold sandwich to go. Cold sandwiches which are «to go» are not to be charged tax. Had to get manager to issue to proper credits.
On another occasion their pos had scanner did not properly scan the bar code on my Jersey Mike’s app and had to call the corporate office to get the purchases credited.
Don’t know why they don’t cut the hot sandwiches in half.

This review has nothing to do with the employees @ the Fowler & Ashlan location. Everyone working there was nice & helpful. I had the big kahuna cheese steak sandwich. I got the «regular» size which I thought was very small for almost 9 $. Seemed like something subway would make for half the price. Overall it was pretty bad, if you want the best sandwich to a Philly cheese steak in clovis for «almost» half the price & twice as big? Go to «more than pizza» @ Armstrong & shaw next to mickeys yogurt. Meat is fresh and not like the ground beef at jersey mikes.

Awesome guest service! They were so nice. Me and my boyfriend went and they wrote his and her on the sandwiches. It was so cute! Bomb sandwiches, cool people!

Had an amazing Reuben at this restaurant! Hubby had the cheesesteak and he said it was awesome! Most definately go back.

Food is not fresh! Bread tasted like it was sitting out all night. Meat tasted frozen! Service was ok, but I came for the food! Worst sub I’ve ever had. I’d rather go to subway and I hate eating at subway. Food is not fresh!

They have gourmet sandwiches and their menu is awesome. It’s hard to decide what to get because every sandwich sounds so damn good. We got the Original Italian and The Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. Both were great but you’ve gotta go with the Kahuna if you’re craving a hot sub. And as one reviewer said earlier, they do not cut the hot subs in ½ but it’s probably because they don’t want all of the heat and gooey awesomeness to spill out so we just cut ours in ½ on our very own. We’re not lazy and aren’t nitpicking losers. Anyhow, you must go if you like good authentic subs. Bread is great, meat and ingredient portion is proper and everything is carved and cooked to order so you’ll wait a few extra minutes while your sub is done to perfection!

Upon entering it seemed as if it would be a nice sandwich place like an upgraded subway, its not. Do not recommend going here. A single sandwich was over $ 8 and was only 6 inches. The sandwich itself wasn’t even worth $ 5. Overpriced and not worth the amount.

Have been here many times since they opened a few weeks ago. Have tried many of the sandwiches. Some favorites are the Super Club (not sure that’s the name, has roast beef), Philly Cheesesteak, Meatball. All are YUMMY! Love «Mike’s Way» on the cold subs.
The coupons that were out for the first week made it VERY affordable! But even without the coupons, I would rather pay the little extra for the superior food. In recent times, we had to make too many extra-​cost adjustments to the subs at other sub shops, and that made the cost almost the same.
The staff is friendly, helpful. Some of the meats, I’d never tried before, and they offered us samples of the ones we wanted to try. There have been mistakes (they are a new location, of course there will be hiccups) but they are quick to try to make things right, and make sure customers leave happy. I also tried a cold sub as a whole-​wheat wrap. ALMOST as good as a regular sub. Thanks for coming to our neighborhood!
And just a note… their bacon is like «crack» It is addicting, and too good to pass up

Yummy sandwiches and fast, efficient and friendly service. I’ll be back for sure. Beats the pants off the Shaw and Villa location. :-) (See my review of that location for the dirty details.)

The sandwiches are great, being a newly opened restaurant, they have flaws, I have always had a problem when I have ordered, being over charged, been given the wrong sandwich, almost forgetting a sandwich. It will be a while until I visit again.

Deliciously great tasting subs, I love the fresh baked french bread and the simple menu. It’s a great place to grab a bite to eat.
