Jiffy Lube

Once again, needed my oil changed and the Jiffy Lube guys were great. Their customer service is outstanding, other companies could learn from their professional, courteous example. I sat outside today and enjoyed the weather and must add how refreshing it was to not hear anyone cursing! They actually seem to enjoy their work. Keep up the good work guys, we all do notice!

My second time here because they earned my return business… the first time, I was greeted warmly, made to feel a priority, shown all of my options, treated to refreshments in the waiting room (plus free wifi), serviced quickly and for a good value. Then I was shown the work done and exited with a farewell from the whole crew. It’s the little things!

Usually I hate to give bad reviews BUT the manager named Xiou was really rude to me on the phone. He was dismissive and kept cutting me off when I was asking about the type of services they had to offer. He quickly ended my conversation with him and had no interest to keep me as a potential customer. Again I would prefer Valvoline Exchange over Jiffy lube. They over pour the oil which can lead to damages in your car and would try to sell you useless crap that you don’t need.

Just got an oil change, I was in and out in a snap like I needed to be. What stood out about this location was the over the top costomer service, it was compelling enough to make me write a review. I have never had an oil change where the attendant made such a large effort to ensure customer comfort. The manager and his team were moving like clockwork and had synchronized salutations, in my opinion the operators at this location should be writing the future company standards.

I hate having to get an oil change on my car because I always feel like its an inconvenience but when I came to Jiffy Lube… it’ was fast and easy! Drove up… they walked me inside… offered me something to drink and shortly after that gave me options to choose from and told me what my car needed. I declined on changing my filter… it wasn’t that bad. My car was done in about 20 minutes! I showed them a $ 5 off coupon on my phone and he took it off. Customer service was great! Frank was able to adjust my monitor on my dash panel and update my maintenance for my tires, oil and filter.
I will definitely be back!

Fast, easy and awesome customer service. I will definitely be back. I first tried to schedule an appointment with Firestone for an oil change but both my 1^st and 2^nd choice times were rejected. Someone was supposed to call me about scheduling another time but that never happened. I was a little peeved but I’m glad they didn’t call me because then I never would’ve tried Jiffy Lube. I was informed that there are no appointments, it’s first come first served. I got in and out in about an hour, considering that this was a Saturday morning and they were down one mechanic it was still faster than any other place I’ve been to. The price is comparable to other places but what will keep me going back is the wonderful and professional level of customer service. They make recommendations but there is no pressure to buy more then what I originally came in for which is really nice. For the same price that I usually pay at Firestone they also vacuumed my car and cleaned the windows. Thank you for not calling me back Firestone. Jiffy Lube is way faster and better so they will be where I take my business from now on. :)

If i could give it a zero, I would. I had an oil change there on Friday, May 23 at around 5:45. My car was the only one they had to work on so they finished in about 10 monutes (after the usual upsell attemps, of course). But that’s their job… to make the busines more money. Ijust declined everything else and stuck with my oil change. Once they were finished they took me outside and showed me the oil level and I drove away. My car started shaking and stalling right before I get home. I open the hood and realized that the MORONS left the air filter hose unnattached. This caused my check engine light and some other light to turn on. I attached the hose and drove right back to the shop, but they were closed. I had my buddy who is a certified mechanic take a look at my car and he fixed it and I gave him some cash for his help. So our weekend travel plans only got delayed for about 3 hours. When I called on Tuesday all the manager kept telling me was that he could give me a discount for the next time I go there and get my oil change done. After I explained the meaning of the word NEVER, as in «I will never do business here again, even if it’s free», he told me he would file a report with the corporate office. I dont know if that will help anybody else, but I do hope my review will make anybody thinking of going there reconsider.

Printed a $ 5 off for an oil change and showed it to the guy when I pulled up. I asked how much the cheapest oil change was and he said 37.99. I told him I wanted the 30 dollar one and he said 37.99 is the cheapest he oil change they had. I left. Looking online, they do have a 30 dollar oil change.
The place looked clean at least and they offer you free water bottles while you wait, as long as you’re willing to pay a little more.

Ok, i just bought my car and drove up here on business from las vegas… was a good trip and the car acted fine but i wanted a thorough re-​check for the trip back accross death valley… these guys checked everything and sent me on my way… freakin’ awesome service… so i bought em some pizzas… true story. tx guys!

My fiancé and I came in today for an oil change and the service was great!!! The service manager was great and helpful. He didn’t try to pressure us to get anything we didn’t want too like red carpet does! Great service, definitely coming back!!!

great customer service. but it takes awhile for them to do anything. on several occasions they have told me 20 mins to 45 mins but you’ll be there for an hour and thirty mins. id be upset. but their customer service is so good;its hard to be mad haha over all its a good place. just be prepared to wait awhile

Pretty fast service and nice staff. They discuss everything with you before they do anything to your car. $ 100 bucks for full synthetic oil change, not bad.

While the price isn’t the very best in town, it is still competitive. But the customer service is great! I will be returning.

They did one oil change on my old car. It took them nearly an hour, even though I pulled the car right into the bay, and while I was waiting they kept interrupting Oprah to tell me that my car’s belts and hoses were shot to hell, the transmission really needed to be flushed out, the air filter was in dire need of changing, and I don’t remember what all else. I went there for a $ 19.95 oil change, not a $ 600 overhaul. Each time I wouldn’t fall for their up-​sell tactics, the mechanics would shake their heads woefully like they weren’t entirely convinced I was going to make it home in a car in such bad shape.
Still, they did do the oil change, and it was cheap-​ish.
