Employee or owner was kind of unfriendly in her demeanor and she did not ask me whether or not I wanted my sandwich toasted. They are so cheap and stingy because the whether is scorching hot outside and inside the restaurant it is warm and humid with the AC off. I would not come here to eat again.

I went to the subway mentioned above at around 740pm. I was waiting for the counter lady to finish up the order of the customer in front of me. Finally it was my turn. I ordered 5 footlongs. I paid and sat down at a table so my 3 kids, ages 7,4, and 2, could eat before dropping off the other 2 subs. She then approached me and told me that they were closing at 8 so «if I don’t mind.» I checked my phone and it was 751pm. She walked back to the subway counter, abs never approached the other gentleman that had ordered before me. My kids asked if they had to leave and I wrapped their subways back up. I approached the counter and I told her that was not the way a franchise should be ran. Why was she kicking is out, but the guy was allowed to stay? Was it because he was of the same race as her, and my kids and I weren’t? I’ve never felt more humiliated before! I was in my car and on the rode before it was even 8pm! I’ve never been to any place that has told us to leave because they were closing, specially BEFORE they even closed! That is unacceptable, and frankly, not in good judgment. I’ve been going to that specific subway since my FIRST pregnancy! Why would they treat a loyal customer that way? I WILLNOT be going there again, and I have told everyone not to go there anymore! I will be posting my horrible experience on social media so that others will know not to go there as well.

They are better run subways then this one. Check your receipt before you leave I was just over charged 3.15. They skimp on every thing.

Didn’t let me order what I wanted. Tried to put a bigger sized sandwich on me because it was«cheaper» & I had to say no several times. Then tried to push a drink on me even though I told her I had a coffee in the car. Just do what I ask, it shouldn’t be that hard. My visit to this subway really frustrated me.

Very warm inside. Management does not run a/c at a comfortable level. Rely on two cieling fans instead. First visit there, I ordered the flatizzas(flatbread pizza) and noticed they were $ 1 more than all the other Subway’s I had been too, even in the bay area. I asked the employee why that was the case and she asked the manager. The manager, an older thin woman, didn’t understand the English language very well and thus began a three way round and round conversation with her, myself and the employee. Employee to manager: «he wants to know why the flatizzas are priced higher than the other Subway’s». Manager to employee: «why they are so much?», me to manager: «no…why are they so much more expensive here than anywhere else?», manager to me: «they are not everywhere else?», employee to manager: «Nooooo, he wants to know…». And it keeps going on in a circle.

I’ve been to many-a-Subway Restaurants and this one is the best. The nice ladies know my fiancé and me by name now. They always make our sandwhiches extra good and are very polite. I will go out of my way, just to visit this Subway. Every now and then when I am just too far to come to this Clovis location, I go to another Subway and often leave disappointed. Only because I am so used to getting great service and good tasting food from this location. I recommend coming in and giving them a shot. Even when the lines are a bit long, they work fast and diligent and get your orders done asap. Check em out!

I love Subway. I used to work at a Subway in San Diego. I have many fond, happy memories of the job that(literally) kept me from starving to death during my college years. This place is pretty good as a Subway goes. It is usually clean, the soda area is well stocked with napkins, lids, straws, you name it. I’ve never been here and been told that they were out of anything. I’ve also never eaten here and crapped myself for a week after. That in itself deserves a star. My only complaint is that sometimes the Sandwich Artists(that’s their title and it is AWESOME) that I run into are a little snippy. Maybe they just hit a line of people, or some nasty dude came in and yelled at them for making his precious sandwich wrong. or maybe their coworker just called in sick with a fake cough, leaving them to do everything on their own. I get that. It is possible that I have more patience here, because I’ve already done this job.(Until you’ve scrubbed leftover dough off of 40 silicone bread trays and had your hands cramp up, you’ve got nothing to say. This job doesn’t take a lot of brain power, but it is physical and stressful. Not brain surgery stressful, but«I will cut you if you don’t stop bitching about the piece of olive that got on your bread» stressful.) The only other thing I really remember that was negative was when I was waiting in line before class to get a sandwich and someone walked outside and left the door open. The girl behind the counter walked over to the door, grabbed the handle WITHHERGLOVEON. and then came over and grabbed my bread and asked me what I wanted. Remember that comment up above about not crapping myself for a week? That’s because I crapped myself right there when I saw her do that.
