Masterclean

Had a wonderful experience with everyone at Masterclean. I had my carpets and 3 couches cleaned as well as my bathrooms and kitchen and everything turned out great! They were professional, friendly and affordable. I will be using them again!

I promised Rhonda I would write a review, so here it is:
Rhonda was a pleasure to speak with on the phone and even moved some things around to accommodate my requested cleaning date. We had both the house cleaners and carpet cleaning done for my uncle’s house in Parlier. The house cleaners were fantastic. They were very nice and went to work quickly and left no stone unturned. 5 stars to them.
Wally did the carpet cleaning and did a good job on a very dirty carpet. He was very direct and not the kind of guy who is going to spend much time chatting you up, but we wanted a clean carpet and got that. He made clear he didn’t vacuum, so we had to get on that quickly before he got started. Carpet cleaning seems to only mean wet cleaning. I wish someone had mentioned that prior to his arrival. 4 stars.
The price was a high for the cleaners at $ 35/​hr. per cleaner and I think with some searching I could have found cheaper, but Masterclean’s price included cleaning supplies and their travel time from Clovis. Overall, the job got done and we are happy with the results so I think a 4-​star rating is warranted.

This company is the epitome of «Professional», but they go far and above simply being professional, they really make you feel like family, and the amount of care and empathy they put into their work is what makes them the best. If you’re looking for a crew that is passionate, motivated and as intricate as they are hard working, then this is the company for you. My aunt had her entire home cleaned and sanitized, including her tile floors, upholstery, and appliances. These words I type do not even begin to describe how floored I was to see the end result – her house is beautiful again after years and years of neglect. Rhonda, Wally and their team spent 3 days in the summer heat inside and outside of my Aunt’s home on their hands and knees, climbing up onto 10 ft ladders, and standing on their feet day in and day out, never once making her feel judged. You will not be disappointed if you choose MasterClean, and I can assure you that once you’ve chosen them, you will come out of it with loving new friends in Rhonda and Wally!
