They left us hanging. I didn’t want to give Service Master at Fresno on Van Ness even one star. Yes, they did respond quickly to dry up a small flood in the corner of one bedroom but then scheduled us out 6 days later to re-stretch and clean carpet. The day finally arrived for them to come. I was thrilled that my wife and I could get out of our sons room and back in our bedroom and our own bed(she’s was 8 ½ months pregnant at the time). But oh no, they had another emergency job they had to get to and said they couldn’t come to finish one hour of work for another four days! I was livid and told them that if they couldn’t keep their appointment not to come at all! Like Seinfeld said, «(some people) know how to make appointments(or reservations), they just don’t know how to KEEP them.» Don’t confuse a fast response with good customer service. Sure they come quick, they want to get a foot in the door. But watch out! In our case we were left hanging. I say«NO Thanks to Service Master at Fresno! Serenity Now!

I had a water loss in December. The employees were professional, timely, easy to communicate with and explained the each step of the process. I have friends who used other companies and they had a completely different, stressful experience. I would recommend ServiceMaster Clean to any one who has experienced Water, Fire, Mold, or any other Emergency loss. They even cleaned my carpets. Thank you to Janette of ServiceMaster Clean Fresno.
