Real Property Management

My experience with RPM has been exceptional! By far, worry free for my family and I. We are an active duty military family, and with that come many moving parts, the last thing we needed was to manage and deal with a property we no longer resided in. I put my trust and confidence in the team of RPM, they have always proven their loyalty to both tenants and owners alike. My family and I have trusted our home to RPM since 2010, and still do to this day, we have had the same tenants all this time, this is due to the commitment, efforts, leadership and customer service by the wonderful staff at RPM! Very organized and equipped to handle any and all property management needs. Trust, respect, loyalty, customer service, customer satisfaction are just some of the words associated with this company, they will stop at nothing to make you feel like a person, not a number.

I’ve worked with Zane, Barbara, Brenda and the Platinum team now for over a year and have found them to be very professional and responsive. They know the Fresno/​Clovis area well and understand rental property management. They work hard to catch things before they become serious problems and approach things proactively. Barbara is wonderful and has answered my calls and gotten back with me whenever I’ve had questions or needed help. It’s been a great experience dealing with them – can definitely recommend!

The team at RPM is very professional. They managed our rental home for 2 years until we sold the property. When our son and daughter in law moved away we highly recommended for them to use RPM as well. They called around to different companies and found that RPM was indeed the best out there! (should have trusted Mom from the beginning… ha). They are easy to work with and will do whatever you ask them to do, or not to do. They will make your year end tax prep very easy by providing you will a great print out of all your income and expenditures for the previous year.

We thought renting from a property management would be a better experience, but it wasn’t. I wish we would of done our homework on this company. They are horrible! I agree with the other reviews. When there was a problem never wanted to come out and fix but wanted the 1^st months check on time, and when they did come out they charged us for the repair. Who does that? Very unorganized, unprofessional, over all bad company.
