Everyone here is very nice and professional. The store is also clean. It’s close to where i live but I never shopped here for the longest time. I came here initially just for the pharmacy and the pharmacist was great. Since then I’ve been coming here a lot.

This Save Mart location is my favorite in town. Partly because it’s a couple blocks from my house, but also because it’s one of the newest locations and it is super clean and the store layout is fantastic. I go here for most all of my grocery needs with the exception of TJ’s which is in the same shopping center. The meats and produce at this location are very good. I’m always impressed with the freshness of everything. They have an abundant selection or produce and everything is always organized and well maintained. I also like their deli counter. Their selection of meats, cheeses and pre-made salads/pastas are great. There is staff working constantly throughout the store to maintain it’s integrity. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Cashiers are also very friendly. They always seem to engage with customers and not just push them through like they are just a number. The store is open from 6:00 am to Midnight every day and that is a reasonable time to stay open. Prices are on the higher end, but I don’t mind due to convenience of location and clientele. I give this location 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reasons: 1) I wish they carried Mammoth Brewing Company beers in their craft beer selection. It’s one of my favorites and I usually have to go to Vons or The Fort to get it. 2) I wish they would bring back the Turkey Bacon wrap they used to make fresh daily in the Deli. Other locations continue to make them, but this location stopped due to cost. Instead, they take leftovers of fried or rotisserie chicken and meatloaf and turn those into wraps. It’s an effective way to use these products without throwing them out, but they’re not all that great. 3) Lastly, I don’t know why Save Mart, among other stores, still insist on using plastic bags for their customers. I ALWAYS ask for paper, but it bothers me that they always go for the plastic. Most baggers will ask my preference as they are reaching for plastic, but sometimes they don’t ask and I have to tell them to change to paper. Do it like TJ’s and use paper!

My favorite grocery store. This Save Mart is full of fresh food and seafood. The price is fair, can be great when things are on sale. The service here is excellent. The employees here, give credit to the manager, are very friendly and helpful, made shopping here more enjoyable.

My neighborhood grocery store. I shop at Save Mart and Trader Joes often. This store is never busy. I’ve never seen more than 4 customers in one line at a time. Whenever there is that many people in line they are good at getting another line opened. Very friendly and helpful staff. Every dept goes above and beyond to help when you’re in their dept. I don’t think they’re as clean and as nice as Whole Foods or Von’s but they have great customer service! They’re always asking to escort you out with your groceries and I love the demo guys! Free buttered bread is a plus!

This is by far the best grocery store I’ve shopped at. The clerks are very customer service oriented and the store is always very clean and well organized. Great job to the management and staff for really raising the bar and showing other stores how it should be done correctly!

A huge chain groceries that supplies huge range of items that you could normally find at any main groceries. This groceries is really useful for western and mexican cooking, and most household goods — such as detergent and body care, but certainly doesn’t carry all the essentials for ethnic foods i. e — south east asian, indian, Armenian and etc. The location is very strategic, enclosed within the willow station, close proximity to CVS, trader joes and food outlets in this shopping centre. They do have a huge range of dairy products, meats and seafood. I have purchased poultry, milk, and meat from here and all seems to be in good condition. However I am slightly skeptical about the freshness of their seafood. The prices in comparison to other stores seem a steeper. I compared their arrowhead 3 gallon water, it was price $ 4 here in comparison to $ 3 at target. Nevertheless, if you are a budget shopper you might find deals here too at times, but compare closely. In addition to confirm my claim, I compared the Ghirradelli brownies mix which was priced $ 3.99 in comparison to $ 2 at walmart neighborhood stores. There are plenty of parking. The negatives to this store includes their waiting time at check out, lack of self check out aisle for 10 or less items and artificial customer service. The time it takes for a customer to check out is key, if this store doesn’t attempt to improve it, it might loose out the market share and in the future loose more business. I know I won’t be frequenting here in a rush schedule, because they are too slow. On the same note, their service seems very unfriendly. I don’t mind for a place to charge anything at a premium price as long as there is premium service, however save mart really fails at that, their service is very lacking and their workers seems miserable and old.

This is one of the most clean, well-lit & organized Save Mart branch ever specially when it comes to the produce section. But only one cashier checkout was available at an evening. I was served by Taylor…
This was my 2nd Save Mart after shopping exclusively at the one in Coalinga(where I once ruled as Duchess). I gladly give my wretched dukedom for the service I get here in Clovis. Cashiers and bagging people are always really happy and courteous.

Been consistently disappointed in Save Mart. Seems that as the company struggles the quality continues to suffer. Save Mart says they are your neighborhood store but yet the people that I see their have changed from local to from everywhere. No longer is it the neighborhood store with friendly faces and people who you see everyday. Now it is more of a store that imports senior workers that should have been let go a long time ago but due to seniority they move to a new store and take there slow paced attitude with them.

Wayyyyy overpriced. I went in one day on a limited budget with an upset stomach just to get a couple of potatoes and maybe a banana and a gatorade. OMG — the prices were ridiculous on the produce! I’ve noticed this theme repeatedly. Everything is super expensive. I didn’t even get past the produce. I just left in frustration. I went down to Trader Joe’s and got what I needed for at least 30% less.
