Went last night for the first time after reading the very mixed reviews and was pleasantly surprised! I was taken care of by a young girl who was helpful, polite, and nice. I bought a dozen and per the employees recommendation I got the dream sugar cookie (AMAZING!!) and several others. The snickerdoodles are by far the best I’ve ever had! Even my husband who doesn’t like sweets commented on how great the snickerdoodle was!

I read the reviews before coming here, so I anticipated awful service. Fortunately, an older blonde lady helped me and she was friendly and pleasant. I got an ice cream cookie sandwich and it was incredible. I’ll be back for sure.

Worst experience. Walked in on girl sitting on someone’s lap. Purchased two dozen. Waited 10 mins for soggy cookies. Presented coupon showcases on local news… buy one dozen get half dozen free. Since there were no limitations since i purchases 2 doz should get at least the half doz free. Nope. Wanted to charge me addittional. I didnt get them. Now stuck with 2 doz cookies and pissed.

When living in Clovis, my family used to frequent Hungry Bear for the tasty cookies and nice service. Last weekend when visiting Clovis, we went and had the absolute worse service from Vivian. Total eye rolling attitude and all. They were almost completely out of cookies when we arrived. I asked for a sugar dream with frosting and got the attitude, an eye roll and she even asked if I would take a pumpkin cookie instead to «make her job so much easier». Seriously? I didn’t want all that orange dye and politely declined. So she had to get a knife and smash some frosting on a cookie for me. Very little frosting at that. Usually Hungry Bear cookies are famous for the huge amount of frosting — well apparently Vivian didn’t receive that memo. Anyway, I was going to give it 1 star for putting up with Vivian but the cookie was still tasty — so it got 2 stars. I won’t be returning there again.
