Did this place go out of business? (Trying to leave room for an explanation.)
Phone calls unreturned. Couldn’t finish using my groupon.
I should have known when groupon (or was it living social?) offered a refund in March. At the time I did not pursue it, as I had had positive experiences with my first two massages. But since then, can’t follow-​up to receive the last massage. Lame.

I purchased a Groupon back in November of 2012. I have not received one single return call back to schedule my massage. With a service as personal as a massage, I no longer have any faith or trust is patronizing this establishment. I would have though at the very least the Spa, as a business, would want to fix this.

I bought a living social deal over the summer and have been trying to make an appointment for over a month. I have left numerous phone messages, and texts and have not received one phone call or text back from business owner. At this point I do not want to do business with someone that has such poor business practices.
I would not recommend this business.

I bought a living social deal over the summer and is still unable to schedule an appt. Called and her mailbox is always full and if I am lucky enough to leave a message, she didn’t call back. One time she did call back and scheduled me an appt, but she texted me like 10 pm that night to inform me that she was unable to make that appt, and now we are playing the phone tag again. Even there are many good reviews but the experience I had so far is professional at all
