Customer service SUCKS!!! The stylists sucks at their jobs and sucks at customer service. Very rude people. Think I’m overreacting, check it out yourself. Surprised this is still open.

They get minus 4 stars. Very poor customer service. Too long of wait when one stylist sweeping while 2 others just standing there. Obvious no one wanted to do my hair. Which causes the wait. Finally when seated in a chair the stylist was going to charge me much more then I usually pay for the exact same thing. Have had my hair cut and colored at this location at least 4 times. However conveniently she couldn’t find a card on me so insisted they never made one when in fact I know they had because the last time I was in they showed it to me. Would not recommend to my worst enemy… will never go back. And they lost more then one customer today. Since my boys usually go here too… If this would let me rate minus stars I would because that would b a more accurate rating that they deserve

Wow what a disappointment I could of placed a bowl on my sons head and done it myself. Do you even see how your new hires cut hair before hiring.

I’ve had pretty good luck here getting consistent haircuts.
The last few times I’ve seen Channa Chan and my haircuts have turned out exactly the way I like them.
The staff here has always been friendly.
My kids also like coming here as well. Maybe the yogurt place has something to do with a few doors done, but they have never complained about their hair.

Very upset. Called ahead to get a price quote on getting my bangs trimmed: $ 8. Fine, should be easy right? I described what I wanted as side sweep bangs that don’t blend. I came out with bangs that go straight across my forehead. I guess my description was poor.
All I said at the end was, «I don’t like them, but they will grow out in a month.» and the girl proceeded to cry. There was nothing to be done to salvage these too short, straight-across bangs. I still paid the $ 8 as quoted and left a tip. Then the girl says to me, «You really hurt me.»
Do your job better.
