Verizon Wireless

Not very bright personnel in the verizon store in clovis nm. I talked with both sales person and the manager of the store. I went in there to get wife a new phone. I had done a lot of research and knew how the verizon plans worked (I ain’t stupid) and everything I tried they said they couldn’t do. (Was pretty sure they were dead wrong). Finally couldn’t get anywhere with them walked out without a new phone and they locked the doors behind me. It was closing time but I went in there 40 minutes before closing so we had plenty of time. I called verizon direct and told them my woes and she was super helpful on the phone. She looked account over and i explained everything and the people in the store were completely wrong about everything they told me. She offered here name and email address and told me to go back in tomorrow and if they didn’t cooperate then give here a call and she would set them strait. 5STARS to the verizon lady on the phone. Minus 5 stars to the unfriendly untrained folks at the verizon store in clovis nm. (Only selected 1 star because I couldn’t leave it blank)

Got several people first is Nathan who made sure to make us feel very welcomed. He made sure that each of our new phones worked and that we fully understood our plan. He made us feel like number one. Second is Tanya who was very friendly and professional and helped me quickly diagnose the issue I was having. I can’t forget to give props to Jason who definitely wasn’t afraid of showing us his more sensitive side. Great sense of humor. Thank you everyone love our new provider.
