I wish I could give this place zero stars. We stopped here yesterday and received the WORST service I ever thought possible. First of all, we waited in line for almost 10 minutes just to order our food. First indication we should have left. We ordered our food at 11:52 and didn’t get up to the window to pay until 12:18(time on the receipt). After we paid, we sat at the window for about 20 minutes before we had to HONK and waive down someone inside to come to the window. We asked where our food was since we saw everyone inside getting their food. She proceeded to tell us that«it’s packed». Seriously? I don’t give a crap if it’s packed or not! The fact that we had to wait 20 minutes without a single person acknowledging us is ridiculous. I was so close to driving away and eating the $ 18 I paid. Once we asked for our food, it took her 5 seconds to bring it to the window. Nice to know that our food must have been sitting there for who knows how long. We never got a «sorry it took so long» or «we apologize for the wait». Don’t waste your time here. I can’t believe I did.

I will not be returning. The service sucks!!! I have an allergy to dairy and I ordered my food with no cheese. I opened up my burrito to check for cheese and I see a couple pieces, not really a big deal so I just go to take them back. The worker then proceeded to argue with me by telling me there’s no cheese and that the onions and cheese are near each other so it gets mixed up together. She then refuses to make me new ones new food. Obviously she is suburb because, she opens up my burritos, OPENSTHENUPONTHECOUNTER.!! How extremely unsanitary is that! I don’t know if these workers have ever had any training but the need it? in the food industry the customer is always right! Im mad she argued with me and the fact that they wouldn’t make me new food is ridiculous. Im not surprised by all the poor review they have. I would not go here.

This place makes me wish that Unilocal allowed you to give zero stars. All of the other reviews are spot on… I don’t expect much from Taco Bell, but the little expectations I had were not nearly met. Waited 45 minutes to get 5 soft tacos, two of which were not correct. They also forgot my nachos, but it was hopeless to go back. The staff did not seem to understand the idea behind«work» and were squirting sauces at each other, texting, and playing with gloves for all of the frustrated customers to see. I watched the same car at the front of the drive through line sit at the window for at least twenty minutes. It’s also filthy, because of course the hard working staff wouldn’t leave their kitchen of fun and games to pick up a mop or broom. Worst Taco Bell ever. I suggest rehiring all new staff, including management and possibly ownership, since it’s clear from the history of reviews they do nothing to fix the state of their establishment.

This place was quite frightening. The place had an unpleasant sharp smell, which was probably due to the overflowing trash cans. Tables were quite dirty with cheese and meat particles. Food was okay. I did see someone start cleaning while I was eating, so I’ll give them that. Although I give credit for their hard work, it seems like the staff here is not used to dealing with big orders, since the customers that ordered before me had a huge order. This led to long waits for everyone else thereafter, including myself. Do yourself a favor and avoid this particular branch if at all possible.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30, on the way home from SF to LA. I normally don’t give one stars but sadly this will have to be one of them. There was only one cashier at the time. A family in front of us had ordered about 6 – 7 taco 12 packs so that did slow down the overall waiting time. I’ll give the staff credit since they worked hard on completing that order asap. Waiting time was announced at 15 mins although it took about 20 – 25. Another family in front of us who ordered ended up leaving. Restaurant was dirty and trash was filled to the top. When no one was ordering, one staff member refilled the napkins and replaced the trash so that was was good. I was tempted to leave and go elsewhere but it was just way too hot. Food was good though. I probably won’t come back here unless I’m really, really craving tacos.

Slower than a stampede of turtles swimming through a pool of peanut butter and molasses. My uncle went there earlier this year to buy a bucket of chicken for a little league game in town. He left during the first inning. He got back with the bucket during the 6th inning… Do the math…

They take forever… to get you your food and all the times that I have most of the table are dirty and distgusting. Customer service is horrible. Don’t take a chance here go else where.
