Was super excited to discover an LBS in Cobb, just outside of Boggs Mountain. Too bad we’d already stopped at a Big 5 on the way up when we realized we’d forgotten our gear bag.
But the owner seems really knowledgeable both on gear and the local trails.
We ran in to him maintaining the trails both Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon trying to get the park ready for Boggs V (race) coming up in a few weeks.

I finially made it up to mnt bike boggs. had a crappy map with no clear path laid out, so as i drove into town and saw boggs mtn bike shop i jumped at the chance to stop in.
The owner, Steve, was a super nice guy. He chatted with us for a bit, and eventually pulled his last map down off the wall to draw up a route for us to follow. He showed us the best trails, gave us a map that we later found out was $ 1, was super friendly, and didn’t really get anything in return.
i definitely recommend stopping by if you are passing through and support what he has going on. Its fun riding.
