I can’t say enough about how much I love this store. The customer service is so fantastic. Over the passed few days I have gone in to try on a coat. Being the indecisive person I am, a really appreciated all of the feedback the sales people gave me. Today I went in to ask about getting some alterations to the coat I got. The guy working (Rich, I think) was so helpful. Again, the customer service was just really top notch. Sometimes you go in to these high end stores and the people working just can’t even be bothered to help you out. Definitely not here! Can’t wait to go back for more beautiful clothes!

Cobble Hill is growing quickly, and the staff at Rag and Bone are always smiling, personable and very helpful. The space is beautiful and relaxed, So anyone familiar with their Manhattan locations will find sweet respite and amazing selections at the Brooklyn store.

Incredible clothing; beautiful to be seen in, comfortable to wear. The staff has been terrific in terms of service and just all around nice. I’m not sure they are not from Canada. JK.
I just picked p a pair of jeans, and they are holding another pair of jeans and a shirt for me.
AND they’ll hem your pants for free. (Don’t know about other alternations: didn’t need them.) In the Village one used to have to go to Camos and Campos and pay $ 25 for high quality hemming.
