WORTHTHEWAIT! I have been here at least 20 times this year, and I cannot stress how great this place is. The owners are SOFRIENDLY, the food is FANTASTIC, and not to mention how cute the actual location is! If you are near by, stop in and get stuffed French toast with a side of their potatoes. You will be in food heaven!

Came here on a weekday morning super hungry. I’ve always wanted to try this place and wanted to give it a go when it’s not super packed. We were seated right away and service was awesome! I had the stuffed French toast with bacon and sausage(huge order for one person, I ordered the full). I wish the bacon was a little crispier but that is just my preference. I want to come back and try a dessert French toast next time. My friend got a crêpe with strawberry and Nutella, she said it was nothing special. My boyfriend got the steak and eggs(steak was dry for being medium rare!) Overall, not a bad experience I would come back. They also have a bakery area right when you walk in if you are feeling for something sweet.

Had it on vacation for breakfast. Everything was delicious! We all got something different and everything everyone got was wonderful. The prices are pretty good. They serve drinks out of plastic cups which I’m not a big fan of. But everything other then that was good.

We went for breakfast on Sunday after a nice long walk on the beach. It says they open at 8am on Sundays. We got there right at 8am and the place already had people sitting inside and not many tables open! It wasn’t long before there was a line at the door. There is a buffet where you can choose pastries, quiches, fruit, etc. We went with a traditional breakfast off the menu. We shared the eggs benny which comes on homemade english muffin bread and the hollandaise sauce was really, really good. We ordered the red potatoes and onions for our side. I also ordered a cappuccino which came in a big cup and it was really hot and super good! Their pastry case is full of all kinds of eye pleasing treats but the vanilla cake looked particularly good. After such a wonderful breakfast I didn’t have any room for such a delight so I’ll have to go back and get a piece of that another time.

The name of this café says it all… simply delicious!!! It would not be a stretch to say that it’s the best breakfast we’ve ever eaten! We split with smoked salmon eggs Bennie and stuffed ham and Swiss French toast. HOMEMADE English muffin on the Bennie and HOMEMADE bread on the French toast!!! Just can’t get any better than this! Owner, Chie, cooks and bakes her butt off and it shows! Sweetest lady ever! We love the atmosphere… located in a cute vintage house in Cocoa Beach. If you live in Florida, you must come… if there is a line out the door… it’s worth the wait! ***Update…Chie just surprised us with some yummy goodies for our anniversary and wrapped our leftovers like a kitten!!!

I loved this place!!! Best Rueben sandwich I’ve ever eaten – homemade rye bread, homemade dressing, hot and tasty. Tasted my friend’s chocolate cake with peanut butter icing – very good. Lots of food – owner wrapped my leftovers to take on my plane home plus she gave me two extra treats – so sweet. If I lived in the area, I’d eat here often!!!(The owner is a lovely, lovely lady. I really enjoyed meeting and visiting with her.)

Holy moly that was a great way to start the day! Perfect omelets, coffee, potatoes, and pancakes. Actually those pancakes are probably the best I have had.

My husband and I were in town for the weekend and, based on all of the glowing reviews, decided to have breakfast here. I give it an average rating. The bad: I had the«buffet» Big mistake-quiche was cold, fruit platter was almost empty(i went back a few times to see if had been refilled but it had not), all but one of the pastries were dry and tasted like they came from the day old store. They did have a nice looking loaf of fresh bread that they said they would toast for you if you would like. All the other table were served plate with little bowls of good looking jelly and jam to go with it. Our server didn’t bring one to our table and didn’t come back until the end of the meal to ask. I would not recommend the buffet. The good: My husband ordered eggs Benedict from the menu. It looked nice and he said it was very good. I saw other plates that came out that looked very good as well. Nice assortment on the menu and a nice variety of sides. I felt it definitely was not a $ 25 breakfast for two people.

I tried this place because of a Unilocal review on the bacon and cream cheese French toast. The staff was friendly, but brought coffee and never came back to take my order. 30 minutes went by and I finally had to get up and find someone and ask them to take my order. It’s difficult to give a fair review on the food because I was kind of just aggravated and over it by the time I finally got a plate in front of me.

If I could dream up my perfect breakfast spot, Simple Delicious would be it. Everything about this establishment is perfection. My only wish now is that I could bring this place back with me to Orlando! Besides it’s quaint location by the beach, they serve up deliciously, homemade food with fast and friendly service. I saw the owner waiting tables and interacting with her customers. They most definitely had their«regulars», so it was nice to see the friendships the owner had created with them. I feel like I feed off those vibes and it makes for such a welcoming and homey environment. Now as far as the food goes, my visit here offered me one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve ever had. That’s a pretty big claim, huh? But the food is amazing and as the name claims, simply delicious. I had a BIG helping of biscuits and gravy. I can say hands down, they were some of the best I’ve ever had. You can tell that the biscuits were«homemade» and fresh. They were fluffy and buttery; everything you need a biscuit to be. The gravy was awesome as well. It tasted like something your grandma would make but you’d never, no matter how hard you tried, be able to duplicate. My boyfriend got the more traditional breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast and a pancake. We need to take a minute to talk about their pancakes though… My boyfriend’s pancake was simple, nothing fancy but we both agreed that it was the one of the best pancakes we’ve ever had. I don’t even know how I could describe it only by telling you that you need to try it for yourself! The pumpernickel toast with the fresh jam that he got was delicious as well. I’d be happy just eating that for a meal! My parents were with us and they ordered the French toast. Warning: Their serving is HUGE. They could have most definitely shared a plate. They use thick slices of bread which I find can be hard to get right. This can make it either come out bland, soggy or both. The French toast was none of that. They were cooked perfectly and were sweet. They also have stuffed French toast, where you can pick two items for stuffing. They have sweet and savory options which I thought were great because I normally see only sweet options as far as stuffed French toast goes. Overall, the food and atmosphere are phenomenal and I would recommend this place to anyone. Next time I’m in town, I will most certainly be making a trip(or two) back here! And maybe be picking up some fresh bread for home… :)

Food was great!!! Sandwiches all around for the whole family!!! I’ve never seen my kids eat their grilled cheese sandwiches so fast! I had the Reuben and it was incredible! The hubbs had the chicken salad club! So good! Lucy was our server and she was so great!!! My daughter kept commenting on how nice she is, and I’ve never heard her talk about a server before!!! Thanks for the awesome experience, food, and pastries Lucy!!!

I had high expectations for this place. It was good! I had the eggs Benedict which was delicious. My friends all had the stuffed waffles which lacked a little flavor, but still good. But we were taken back by the service. We were shoved into a corner, and not waited on for a long time after waiting 30 minutes for a table. The cups we were given were all chewed on the edges. But that was at 10:30 in the morning

It was a great place to go to for brunch or breakfast. I went with my best friend Steph and we had an amazing time. SO many options on the menu! We went earlier in the morning and it was perfect because we started to see the crowd rush in. The only issue we had was that the restaurant is small so if guests are waiting for a table, you feel like they’re hovering over you. but overall, wonderful experience!!! Here is a link to a video of the restaurant:

I stopped here during a vacation 2 years ago and have been thinking about the stuffed French toast ever since. I brought my group here again for brunch this morning and it was just as amazing as I remembered. My order of Stuffed French toast with peanut butter and raspberry jam was a huge portion that everyone took a few bites of. The others in my group ordered sausage gravy and biscuits, steak and eggs, and a chicken salad sandwich. Everything was exceptional. If you want terrific food in massive portions in a fun bright restaurant, this place is for you. One warning, though, it is quite small with few large tables so can be tricky to get seats for big groups.

I expected a little more from this little café. I started with an iced mocha, not bad but not really fantastic either(industrial chocolate syrup and whip cream were not so welcome by my palates) I chose an omelet with Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, black kalamata olives, green peppers and red onions with” homemade” bread(not sure about that)…it was okay but not made from fresh eggs. The service is acceptable and the price a little too high for the quality of food.

This place is amazing. It’s a little pricy, I just paid $ 40 for two people to have breakfast… but SO worth it. Luckily we live far away enough to not be tempted to eat here more often. Because we would! This place is popular. Either get there right at opening or be prepared for a wait. Don’t be turned away by the wait though, you won’t leave unhappy if you’re patient. The service is great, the food is great, the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend it.

Simply delicious is simply fictitious. We waited about 30 minutes to be sat, which wouldn’t have been terrible if we loved the food we ate. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t. We never got greeted by the staff, and had to put our own names on the waiting list because no one ever acknowledged us. I’m a huge«bruncher» so I was REALLY excited when I saw the menu! I ordered the Sunday breakfast buffet with a stuffed French toast, and my boyfriend ordered an omelette. From the breakfast buffet I tried the chocolate croissant(lots of chocolate but the croissant was hard), a quiche, rocky road brownie(good), and some fruit. When I came to the table, I offered my boyfriend just a little piece of watermelon until he waited for his food to arrive. He took it(and nothing else) and our server asked us if he «wanted to purchase a buffet too». See, I understand they need to make money, but a piece of watermelon? Come on. I was clearly the person who was eating everything else. I then asked her to warm up the quiche(since she offered previously) and never saw it again :(. Finally our food came, and the portions were HUGE. It looked delicious, but again, you cannot judge a book by its cover. My «stuffed» French toast was certainly not stuffed, and I had two whole pieces with nothing inside. I wanted to send it back, but I didn’t see my server in time. The pieces that were stuffed were done so sparingly that it I could taste nothing but bread. My boyfriend’s omelette had lacked any flavor & was overcooked and dry. The potatoes that came with it were OK. I understand they were busy, but it was just an overall underwhelming experience. I would try again in hopes to have a better experience since the other reviews seemed so great, but $ 35.00 for breakfast just seemed unreasonable. Sorry!
