The food is fresh, tasty and not greasy. The wings are full size and delicious! The sandwiches are perfect. Great staff! Fantastic dining in or getting it to go.
Update: Waiting 45 minutes for food when told 15 minutes is no good… and then getting severe indigestion to top it off. Won’t be back for a while.

The seafood is great and very reasonably priced. The burgers are also really good! They have large salads made to order with a lot of choices for toppings. We eat here at least once per week & I have never had anything I didn’t like.

I was excited to try out this place after reading the reviews. When I entered, it was only 11:30 AM and there were no other customers. Staff was friendly and quick to prepare and serve. I got my order to go.
When I opened my container with a cheeseburger and fries, I so badly wanted to give this place 5 stars. The aroma was incredible. I could tell the singer burger was quite large and I could tell it fresh meat as it was very juicy — not dry like too many other places. The fries, if not fresh, were plentiful and I was glad to see they were not the little «string» fries that fast food offers. But there were two problems preventing me from giving them a 5. First, there was way too much mustard and mayo on the burger (I opted out of ketchup). By the second bite, I had used up two napkins and had the condiments all over my face. It’s nice to be generous, but a little restraint would help especially when there is lettuce, tomato and pickles, which add to the «wetness.»
The other problem was that the burger was really rare — it was red inside and definitely not cooked through, Had I eaten in, I would have sent it back. Fortunately the burger was large enough for me to eat around the edges and still be very full. Now don’t take me for one of those who want a burger cooked until it’s grey — I prefer medium rare — but this inside was far from even rare.
Despite this, I would definitely go back again, but this time if I order a burger I will remind them to go light on the condiments and to make sure it was cooked more thoroughly.

Just had lunch here this afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries and both were so delicious! The bun was fresh and the cheeseburger was cooked perfectly with all the fixins! The French fries were nice and crispy and flavorful! Definitely will be returning to try another item on the menu! One of psj’s hidden treasures!

Food is awesome. I only wish they did delivery as the building is small and once I get home I don’t want to leave again.

Just had an early lunch there, oyster po boy and fish basket. Really great! We both would order the same again.

5 star food quality and service. Burgers are juicy and cooked to perfection. I don’t like seafood and I have tried theirs. My gf ordered the seafood basket and now I can say I love seafood! Best fried food for miles. No comparison. They treat you like family here. BD gave us a free order of onion rings just to try with their famous ‘Tiger’ sauce. Staff is very friendly and inviting. An All around great place

Great food and service. Clean and family oriented great TV ! And a large selection of food for all ages must try the mac an cheese bites ! And great burgers everything was very fresh and fast !

Publics makes a better sub. The roast beef smelled and tasted old. The bread was good thou.

Very delicious!!! We had garlic buttered wings… so big and juicy! Fried shrimp and fries!!! And the Best onion rings we’ve ever had!!! Freshly made, light and the yummiest dipping sauce! The staff was so very friendly!!! Definitely will be going back!!!

Driest time there I had The Seafood Platter, WOW! Worth the $$$$ next visit had a Hoagie Sandwich it was Perfect the service was great the employees are fun and helpful I felt very welcomed. Still have to try there Hamburgers friends say there the best and from what I’ve seen I have no doubt

Just passing through and noticed great Unilocal reviews — had to stop and glad we did! Philly cheesesteak delicious and fries outstanding. Loved the building and atmosphere — and if you like a beautifully clean establishment, this is the place!

We have eaten at Ice House Foods in Port St. John twice now and had excellent experiences both times. The second time, however, was above amazing and definitely merits acknowledgement. My husband and I had a special Valentine’s Day date in Orlando. Not wanting to deal with traffic and crowds in restaurants, we decided to just stop by Ice House because we knew their prices were really good and their food is great. I called ahead just to make sure there would be a table for us since we were on a tight schedule. Upon arriving, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the person who took our call had gone out of her way to help us have a fantastic day by purchasing Valentine candles and little boxes of chocolate for our table. She did this out of her own pocket. The food was excellent. The prices were great. And she definitely and kindly went out of her way to make sure that we had a good experience. How wonderful! I’m so happy for her desire to serve us so well! We will be eating there again and again. Love it.

I have only had take out but everything I have had as been a very positive experience. Need more photoes of food.

My family and I have seen this location fail too many times. Wet believe that this restaurant definitely has a chance. Their burgers are delish. Macaroni bites taste like cheesy hash brown perfection and their buffalo bites are tasty.
A definite must try for Port Saint John.

We got carry out at this new establishment. The service was friendly and efficient. I got buffalo bites and my wife got a bacon cheese burger with mac n cheese bites.
The buffalo bites were tasty. They had a good amount of breading and the sauce was really good.
My wife’s burger was executed well and the meat was thick. It taste great! She said the mac n cheese bites taste like absolutely delicious cheesy hashbrowns.
We had a great first experience at Ice House Foods and look forward to our next go. On a side note they will have beer and wine soon so they can live up to their name.
