Management is rude, rude was increased from $ 1255 to $ 1820 when I had to go month to month after my lease expired. Manager refused to negotiate, no apology (Not even a fake one!!!) no new amenities added or anything, no real reason for the increase.
Good luck getting your deposit back; if you do, they will hold it until the very last possible minute and deduct as much as they can from it. NOTE EVERYTHING on the move-​in form; my apartment was trashed from the previous tenant (missing random vertical blinds on move-​in? really?)
They will not answer the phone unless you are a potential new resident. Once the papers are signed, you are treated as trash.
Raccoons are a major problem, trash drop off is the nastiest I have ever seen! After sundown the raccoons take over and between the lazy residents leaving garbage everywhere and the raccoons feasting every night it is truly the nastiest thing I have ever seen. I lived here for 15 months and never paid my rent late, never used maintenance and the staff was rude. The gym is full of broken and abused equipment and raccoons drink out of the pool and I caught kids peeing in the pool too.

This place is a true let down. Initially it looks nice but wait until you have been there a while… Apartment got robbed as well as others in the building, all 4 stock wheels got stolen off one of our vehicles, and the maintenance team has the urgency of a snail. Not to mention about 11 months after moving we are getting call from a debt collector saying we owe money for trash and water which we already paid when we left. Save yourself the trouble of being broken into, offices employees not giving a shit, and other assorted fun and live elsewhere.

Worst management… Nobody knows what the other is doing… Blatantly lie to residents… Property is unclean… one garbage bin that you have open yourself without a button which is unsanitary… No care for resident’s health… excessive imcrease in rent without an option to negotiate… previous management always negotiated the increase… Manager was very rude as why the increase was non-​negotiable… new managers does not care about existing residents… They focus more on potential future residents… Poor people and customers Service skills… The manager is very rude and condescending… Poor management and people skills… dying for my lease to expire… Can’t wait to get out of here…

Is really bad comunity they only cut grass outside walks are very dirty so wen u come home it stains all carptes they take for ever to fix problem inside ur app woman in the manager office is ignorant n rude
