Have lived here a long time and have seen many changes. not so much for the better. My biggest complaint is that owners who don’t pay their maintenance fees just go through the visitors lane with a smile and a wave. Our security team basically will just let anybody in. My wallet was stolen out of my car on July 4^th and our security could care less when i reported it. They saw nothing or anyone unusual in the community, Of course not because they let anybody who smiles at them in!!! I pay my maintenance monthly for security– what a joke!

I’m not knocking where I live, it’s a gated community and way too many times I’ve not locked my doors or accidentally left my garage door up and nothing was stolen and no one broke in while I was asleep. What I do not like is that when I bought the house 5 years ago I had to go up in front of the board to be interviewed. No exceptions. About a week ago one of my neighbors moved to Tennessee and she allowed her best friend to move into the empty home. the neighbor next door complained because they cut his cable line as they were installing the Internet. I didn’t actually see the U Haul truck I only heard about it and I don’t know the girl or her family or anyone that’s living there I only see her through the windows as I’m walking my dog or when she’s taking her daughter to school. what really gets under my skin is this girl never went up in front of the board to be reviewed we had a no renters policy and clearly it is not being enforced. I like the girls in the office, Meredith and Heidi are very nice to me but I wish something was done about this person that is illegally renting a house that is vacant. I love my clubhouse I love the gym I love the Olympic size swimming pool the tennis courts the racquetball courts. I have it all here with the exception of the few neighbors that I really could do without but live and let live. I consider myself a good neighbor and I’m always kind to everyone I go along with the rules and when I am cited for work that needs to be done I immediately complete it unlike others that just dismiss the notices and never do anything and don’t get in trouble. I don’t mind paying a hundred and seventy eight dollars a month maintenance I get free cable and that includes free Hbo. Its a nice community to live in as long as you keep your neighbors at arms length. Our street seems to be gossip central. it is also pretty ridiculous how all of the married men seem to stop and always have something to say and their wives are green with envy and red and hot under the collar when they talk to me. that’s not my problem your husband is unhappy. I like my single family home even though its only two bedrooms its big enough for me. since its paid for I doubt I’ll ever be selling it the taxes are so inexpensive that it’s almost worth just keeping the house even if I use it for storage but I doubt I will I will continue to enjoy living in my home.
