Beautiful layout of the store and easy to navigate. Very friendly staff. Wonderful experience with the ability to taste the different balsamics and oils. We docked a star based on the check out experience, there was some difficulty with the associate and the system initially and the owner seemed a bit displeased. This may or may not have happened before, but regardless, it is important not to let anyone see you sweat, as they say. Minor.

I’ve been using infused olive oil for years. I usually find myself at the Yellow Green Market replenishing my stock, so it was nice to find a place closer to home.
The store is very neat and well lite, with vat after vat of olive oil lining the walls.
Feel free to sample any, and possibly all of their offerings, as the staff doesn’t hover over you.
My favorite is their Chipotle Infused Olive Oil, it’s perfect when browning meat for tacos.
As much as I wanted to, I didn’t tell them my one and only olive joke…

I stopped in shortly before Christmas. Being a vinegar lover I just couldn’t resist. We were immediately greeted by two very friendly associates who offered a variety of samples and tips on what to pair with each oil and vinegar and different ways we could use them. I left with a great four pack of oils and vinegars and have loved using each of them at home. Tonight I tried the dark chocolate vinegar as a marinade for a steak, thanks to the recommendation of this wonderful young lady. I am blown away at how wonderfully this flavored our meat! I will most certainly be going back to this business as the service was superb and the products are fantastic!
