I went here and they say they close at 10 but went here at 940 and they were throwing away the food and teas while customers are walking through the door.

This is the third time I have been here and it has been horrible customer service every time. We walk up to order and they have no noodles, ok no problem we will wait should be done any minute. Nope about three minutes go by and a guy finally stats to cook the noodles after 4 people have ordered the noodles. They just don’t care about their product or customer service here.

I am downgrading my prior rating of this location. They have a really cool tea bar, but they rarely have the stuff for it. I will drive here just to get a tea, only to leave empty handed. They need to get their act together. The food line /cashier situation is typically a mess at this location also. It’s a shame!!!

This panda sucks. to be blunt. Every time I come here they never have the steam veggies ready and the manager on duty Just don’t seem to care. U have to tell them they are out of stuff. It’s like they all in lala. Land at this location. Won’t be back here anytime soon

If the Manger is not on the floor controlling the staff it is a mess. I saw the kid cooking stir-fry steak drop the spoon on the floor and continue to use on another dish,

Awful. Avoid at all costs. I wouldn’t feed this«food» to my dog. All of the food was old and cold and took forever to replenish. I’ll never come back.

We ended up at Panda Express because we were pressed for time before a movie. I had only ever had Panda Express at a mall food court, and that was probably fifteen years ago, so I really didn’t know what to expect, but I wanted Asian noodles and this seemed like the fastest way to get them. Walking in the door things are a little confusing. The inside is nice, but unlike the mall food court version of Panda everything is spread out around a long bar, so it’s hard to figure out exactly what the options are… and where you order from you can’t really see the menu. It goes assembly line style where you pick a bowl(one entrée one side) a plate(two entrees one side) or a large platter(three entrees one side). I ended up going with the plate, but I couldn’t really get what I wanted with it. Turns out chow mein, rice, and mixed veggies are all sides, and none of the meal options include two sides. What I really wanted was shrimp, chow mein, and mixed veggies, but the girl behind the counter made it seem like that was an impossible combination, so I went with a walnut shrimp, chow mein… andddd I had to pick another entrée. I told her I didn’t eat chicken, beef or pork, so my only other option was fried shrimp, not really what I wanted but it just felt like they weren’t very flexible with things… and really no vegetarian entrée option? Not really impressed with that. We continued along the line and added two spring rolls to our order, but the whole thing was just awkward. At no point did the staff ask if we wanted any sides, we had to kind of flag someone down. The concept here felt like a buffet, but you couldn’t get your own stuff… just weird to have to flag people down when you’re trying to get something from the place where they take orders. We got to the register and paid, but then I saw the tea bar. I would have liked a milk tea, and it’s awesome that they have this option, but I didn’t want to have to pay again at the other end of the buffet line, so I skipped it. The food is good in portions, but just okay in taste. Maybe because we were near the end of the day but I didn’t find either shrimp dish to be all that hot and the chow mein noodles were a little chewy like they’d been in the pan too long. I wanted duck sauce for the spring rolls, but nothing was out so I asked at the register and was told they only had plum sauce in little foil packets. I love all sauces, and the plum sauce was good, but what Chinese place doesn’t have duck sauce? Overall I wasn’t really impressed and I’m not sure I would be back. I was excited by the tea bar, but the service wasn’t very friendly(they seemed annoyed when I wanted veggies) and the place was a little messy with napkins on the floor, the trash overflowing, and the self serve soda bar not very well kept. Overall I think you’re much better off at a hole in the wall Chinese place if you want this kind of food.

This might have been the best Panda Express location I have visited. I remember P. E being usually at mall food courts or rare tiny locations outside of malls. This one has a open layout with a few tvs on the wall. There were plenty of chairs and tables as well as outside seating. One of my co workers wanted Chinese fast food for lunch. I decided to go with her, and I’m glad I did because I was amazed by the options. They had a assortment of different chicken and beef dishes which appeared to be fresh. In shrimp they had two choices. In sides they had fried rice, lo mein and veggies choice. I liked the fact that they didn’t cook in huge quantiles. Many places like this would cook in a big batch and you would be eating food which has been sitting in the hot area for many hours. I’m assuming they make everything in small quantity and replace it frequently. They have three sizes in their bowls. I opted for the smallest bowl which was the perfect size. In my order I got the veggie lo mein and crispy shrimp. The shrimp portion consisted of three big size shrimp with tail nicely cooked. I was surprised to see fortune cookies in my to go box. That brightened my day at work with my good fortune of dining here. I would most likely go to this location again.~

I will say this. Staff = helpful. Food = fresh. However the meal I choose lacked heartiness but I’ll get the grilled teriyaki chicken next time. Everything is pretty on point here for straight up quick take out Chinese. A ton of options freshly made coming out continuously. I’ll be getting rice next time instead of noodles.

Panda Express’ transition from mall maven to neighborhood caterer is a success story that provides equal benefit to customers and shareholders alike. My store features a young and diverse staff who are always cheerful and ready to go the extra mile, and a manager who exhibits traits that reflect those values. Orange Chicken, General Tso’s, Teriyaki Chicken… All the menu items that made the original PanEx great, are all here, freshly prepared and ready to be served. There’s also an expanded Asian-inspired drink menu that features fruit– and milk-based beverages that are made to order. I have yet to try the Thai Tea, but I’m a fan of the Ginger Lemonade, Passion Fruit, and Almond Milk Tea.

I was craving some good Chinese food but my only problem was that I didn’t know where to order from. I looked up Unilocal to see what was near to me and sadly the ones that were, didn’t seem to call my name so to say. When i say that there was a Panda Express not to far away i figured, eh why not. Walking in the place wasn’t too busy but it must’ve been close to closing because the food in the showcase wasn’t very appealing at first glance. It looked as though this would be the last batch for the night. But i already made the trip here and my stomach was desperately yelling at me to order. I decided to get some orange chicken with lo-mein and like 5 spring/pork rolls. Yes this was all for me. –_– The servers were really friendly and offered me a few other things but i was set on my order and ready to get home. While the cashier rung up my order, i looked around and notice another station a little lower and there was a good amount of seating. After paying i quickly jumped in my car and managed to still have 3 rolls when i got home. ^_^. To my surprise, the food was actually much better than it looked. The lo mein could’ve been a little better but other than that i loved it! The price was really good and i loveeed the rolls. It was very crunchy and filling. The orange chicken was delicious. I think ill visit again maybe around lunch next time. I look forward in trying their food during peak hours rather than before closing and i also want to check out the drink area. Good stuff Panda Express :)

Haven’t been to a Panda Express in years! Not gonna lie, I avoid them. They were up there with the worst of the fast food chains in my book. That immediately changed when I came to this Panda Express. I had a very strong craving for boba milk tea, so I decided to do a Unilocal«nearby search.» Panda Express came up, and I immediately thought it had to be a fluke. Nope! As I looked through their pictures I saw that this Panda Express has a tea bar and they definitely have boba milk tea. I still was hesitant to go there, but I decided hey what the hell. Immediately upon walking into this place I was like whoa! It really should be called Panda Bistro or something and not Panda Express. The place is so modern and clean! The décor is that of a nice restaurant, not a Panda Express! I was hungry too, so I ordered a bowl which came with an entrée and a side. I got the beef with broccoli and mixed vegetables. I also ordered a large Thai iced tea with the tapioca balls(boba). I read in another review that they have a sweetness scale, so you can ask them to cut back on the sugar if you’d like. I asked for my Thai iced tea’s sweetness to be at 50%. The«Tea Bar» experience was similar to going to a bar tender and having them mix your drink in front of you. Shaker and all! The woman that made my tea was super nice. She poured it into a tiny plastic cup so that I could taste what 50% was like before I got the large cup. It was perfect! I’m not a big fan of super sweet drinks, so this hit the spot! Overall it was a great experience! Only reasons I am giving them 4 instead of 5 stars is that the mixed veggies were a bit overcooked and they could use more milk tea flavors. I would’ve died and gone to heaven if they had Taro milk tea!

Orange chicken. Doesn’t everybody love their orange chicken? There used to be one near where I lived. Then the mall re-did the food court and probably raised the rent too high for them and they never came back. Booo! So, now I’m visiting FL and had to come here. I was not disappointed. Fast food, yes. Fast food flavor in the orange chicken, NO! They do have«other» items, but this is my favorite. I did have a two item meal with something else that was also quite good, but evidently not memorable as I can’t remember what it was called. I go for the orange chicken, for sure. One day I’ll learn how to make it at home. Meanwhile, there is one being built near my home! Yay! Definitely worth the trip as this is better than other fast food.

Coming here I would never have guessed that my experience would be so good! I love Chinese food, whether it be fast food take out, dine in or buffet, so I have had my fair share of Panda Express before, however, this was my first time here and I can’t wait to go back. Only one person, Sally, working the front so that slowed things down a bit, but she was definitely apologetic about the wait. I salivated over the orange chicken while I waited. They have many sizing options for you to pick from. I debated between the three option and the two, ultimately going with the two option and adding a chicken egg roll. The portions are huge here. I felt like my mom was back there behind the counter doing the scoops to make sure I was eating enough. Everything came to about $ 10 which is definitely reasonable. The table I sat out was really dirty and truly, that’s the only bad thing about my experience. The food was delicious as usual. The cup full of soda I had made me happy. The staff was more than friendly. They have plenty of options, if not more than the mall versions I typically go to. This is now my go-to Panda spot. Get the Orange chicken ready because I’m gonna be here a lot.

My boyfriend and I come here all the time for quick Chinese food. It’s similar to Chinese food from the mall food court, but fresher and tastier. Sometimes you need to wait for an entrée to be refilled but I don’t mind because then it’s extra hot and fresh. We’ve been here several times since opening and they’ve never served us older food that’s been sitting there for awhile. Maybe that’s because we usually come during peak hours. Not sure but it works for us! If you’re in a rush, I recommend leaving an extra 10 – 15 minutes in your schedule so you don’t have issues if you have to wait for them to cook a fresh batch of your choice of entrée. I’ve also had their panda oolong milk tea with honey boba. Delicious! I get it with less ice, and it tends to be a little sweet so i have them reduce the sweetness a little. They have a sweetness scale you can refer to. Very tasty!

Love Panda Express. Food is always fresh and hot. Lots of selections. Have tried them on several occasions. At this location, you can order online and they will have your order ready for pick-up…you can skip the line. Also, you can order family size meals that are definitely worth the price.

Panda Express is fast casual not a sit down Chinese restaurant but for a quick weekday meal or lunch it’s pretty good! I ordered the Orange chicken and beef with broccoli with fried rice. Everything was warm and tasted good. It was surprisingly crowded for a weekday evening but I was happy to see the employees constantly making fresh food. One tip. This place is freezing cold, bring a sweater!

Fast, polite service. Huge servings and a super clean dining room. They were out of rangoons when I was ordering but they quickly fried up a new batch and brought them to my table. The food itself was good for fast food, but blah if comparing to traditional Chinese food. Will definitely come back when I want something quick.

Finally a Panda Express in the area !!! I really enjoyed my first visit to this location and was very pleased with my visit. The staff was friendly and the food was on the money. I had the Shanghai Angus Steak and the String Bean Chicken Breast both were excellent. They were handing out samples of fresh grapefruit ice tea and it was fantastic I have never had anything thing like, it was very refreshing.

Glad they finally built one close by. Yes it’s fast food, but it’s also tasty. Two meals — two entrees with chow-mien or fried rice and drinks for under $ 20.00, not a bad deal. My Panda go to — Orange Chicken & Beijing Beef, always tasty and less than healthy. This location offers a Tea Bar, I doubt that I will ever partake, but according to marketing someone will. I’ll plan a return trip.
