The level of ineptitude, shoddy customer service and overall malaise in this branch is STAGGERING! We just came into this mass confusion to have my wife’s new Galaxy S6 activated and had to wait for 90 plus minutes and counting. There are more staff walking around in «overly casual«aka sloppy attire and doing ABSOLUTELYNOTHING than actual service being rendered. Is it because the sale has already been made or is it just a case of not caring about the customer. Rest assured that I will be taking this complaint as far up the corporate ladders as I have to in order to get this corrected!

Worst experience ever at an AT&T store. My husband and I went in for upgrades. We went in fairly early to beat the crowd, about 11. When walking in the store one girl told us someone would be right with us. I’m the meantime we browsed around. While browsing we couldn’t even look at the phones we were interested in. One of the phones was locked and the other wasn’t even charged! I noticed while walking the store, many other phones weren’t up and running for customers to utilize. After about ten minutes another girl came up to us to put our names on the waiting list. From that point we took a seat. There were three employee’s standing around assisting no customers. We waited about another twenty minutes before getting service. During that time some more customers had walked in. Some were told someone would be right with them and others were put on a waiting list. The organization of the staff and customers were completely unprofessional. Once an employee came to help, he was useless. He had no information to offer in regards to the two different phones we were looking at. After choosing a phone, we had to do a transfer. We had a baby and inquired how long the transfer would take. The employee had no general time frame to offer us. An hour trip turned into a horrendous two and a half hour trip. We opted not to upgrade my phone simply due to terrible service. I will be going back to my normal location and never bringing my business back to this location. If you’re looking for professional, welcoming staff with knowledge on products this isn’t the location for you!

ZEROSTARS. These guys are scam artists. They’ll quote you a price on a phone and then bring out a different phone at a higher price and claim they’re out of the phone you wanted. They’ll quote you a price that includes an activation fee. That sums up our experience. We didn’t fall for the bait and switch and went to another AT&T store. Turns out THIS store on 441 and Wiles is an «authorized retailer» and not a corporate store. Luckily, the better, cheaper, more efficient AT&T store was less than 10 miles away. And guess what? No activation fees. Go there, DONOT go to this one in Creek/Springs.
