Disappointing ! My husband wanted to surprise me for my birthday with a new phone, which involved a move to Verizon Wireless. When he purchased the phones, they where all smiles, then we had to come back for some troubleshooting and assistance, well besides the Store Manager and an associate named Emmy, Maybe 2 or 3 of the people that work there were helpful, some are flat out rude !! I purchased a Glass Screen Protector for my Galaxy S7, at $ 40.00, that was recommended to me by a sales associate, well within the hour the screen protector cracked !!! I had my receipt and went to return it, only to be met by rude sales associates who where short with me, mind you it was raining and I was the ONLY customer in the store !! When I called Corporate Offices, They where more than helpful and offered my my due refund, plus some perks. I wasn’t looking for anything free, nor did I have the time to call corporate, such a shame that a minor issue had to go to corporate due to some rude sales associate !

Very good customer service. Took care of all our cellular needs. Would have been 5 stars if they didn’t push every product at you. Short wait time. Knowledgeable and friendly workers. Will be my go to spot for all my Verizon wireless needs. Artan was the one who took care of us.

I went to target first and they didn’t have the phone I was looking for. I decided to go to the Verizon store since I am a customer just to see what would happen. I worked with Lee and I got the phone I wanted(with my upgrade) and I even got a lovely price on my 5s that applied for store credit which went towards my upgrade. If you need help ask for Lee! He was helpful and straight forward– even though he is an android user, he still helped me with my new iPhone! Use Verizon– I did and I am extremely happy with my service!

Horrible service from harold. WHERE was Annamaria??? I was asked for the first time in 5 years to show my drivers license… Harold said this has been their policy for a YEAR and a HALF. Annamarie never asked me once for my license. He told me not to leave my wi fi on(i was told to leave it on at all times) so many conflicting things told to me. I have had nothing but problems with this phone and today I was thoroughly disrespected by a manager who told me that I think I know more than he does I should come work for the store. I know i was frustrated because after 5 months my battery totally died after it was fully charged. Verizon resolved NOTHING today and I am not so happy.

We used to be customers of verizon and used to frequent this store all the time. We always had a good experience at this store. I remember the day my husband got approved for the verizon service, we were so happy. We both have less than perfect credit so we weren’t sure if he would get approved. We both ended up getting blackberries which were popular at the time. We thought these were the greatest things since sliced bread. However, over time the $ 250.00 a month cell phone bill proved to be too much for us to handle. We had a major change in our finances and had to cut costs where ever possible. Unfortunately we had to cancel our contract and got hit with major cancelling fees. We went back to our previous carrier metro pcs which is less expensive. Overall we always had a good experience at this verizon store. The staff is friendly and know what their doing. They always knew how to troubleshoot through any problems. Verizon loses one star for monthly cost.

Where do I start??? DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE… My husband and I have been customers of Verizon for over 18 years, I have never experienced the I unprofessionalism as I experienced at this location. Let just say the assistant Manager needs to be fired. As my husband was explaining the details of a conversation he had with Verizon Customer Service, this idiot the Assistant Manger walked away, as well as when I was trying to talk to him… GOYOTHEBOCASTOREMUCHBETTERSERVICE.

Wow! Normally the thought of having to go into Verizon is dreadful but this was not the case today. We walked in and we were greeted by Artan… What a guy! He was so helpful in assisting my fiancé with choosing a phone, he didn’t try and upsell us or give him a phone that he wasn’t comfortable with. From there we also were switching to a shared plan and he continually made this a smooth process. He was so quick and conscious of our time. I am so impressed with Artans perfect customer service, when we come back to this store we will make sure to see him every time.
