I was looking for a robotic pool cleaner and decided on the Maytronics Supreme M500. Now it was a question of where to buy because it has to be a Maytronics authorized dealer to get the 3 year bumper-​to-​bumper warranty.

I checked where to get the M500 on troublefreepool and nobody seemed to have a good supplier or know where to get it. Seems like everyone wanted to use a cheaper model, which could be bought on the internet, called the Z5. But I wanted the Supreme M500 as its a better unit and has a better warranty.
A search of the Maytronics web site for authorized dealers (must be authorized to sell the M500 to get 3 year bumper-​to-​bumper warranty) is where I started; using my Fort Lauderdale, FL home as the search center.
This led me to PH Pool and Spa Supplies. Called them and spoke with John.
John was a great help and I ordered the M500 from their web site to ship to Fort Lauderdale (save me at trip-​and pricing was just as good as any other internet site I looked at-​but PH is an authorized dealer-​very important).
M500 arrived in just two days-​outstanding order-​to-​arrival time.
I assembled and started using it-​works perfect.
To clarify warranty registration and what I needed to do if I needed service I called again and spoke with Jeffrey. Again I found Jeff was a great help and that when service on the M500 is needed these guys will stand behind the product.
All-​in-​all if you are looking for a super robotic pool cleaner with an outstanding bumper-​to-​bumper warranty for 3 years PH Pool and Spa Supplies is the best place I found which has the Supreme M500.
From PH you can expect and you will receive an excellent price, great service, and quick shipping. When you need service I also expect PH will be top notch but with the M500 service should be far into the future.

PH started to clean our pool on a weekly basis and it looked much better after their very first visit (Robbie does our weekly service)! We also stopped by the store and they immediately knew who we were, they are super warm and welcoming. You can tell John and Jeff care about the business and care about customer service. Definitely recommend checking them out.

PH Pools and Spa Supplies is fantastic! I recently threw a Mayweather Pool Party Event at my home and I’m still getting feedback on how beautiful and clean my pool looked. I learned some new tips on how to take care of my pool from their awesome training class I attended. Gotta be honest I thought It would’ve been a waste of my time but I was wrong. My pool looks amazing and make me feel like I’m away at a Fiji resorts no LIE.

Customer service is second to none! Don’t waste time with the chain stores in the area.
