I have been shopping at this store for the past 14 months and my husband stops in at yeast 3 or 4 times a week. We stopped there this past Saturday and I was shocked at how I was treated at the register checking out. I’m so glad that the cashiers name is printed on the receipt. While I was checking out o asked the cashier(Camille) if the chip worked? Her response was«slid the card», that wasn’t the question. I asked again and I was rudely told«SLIDTHECARD» how about you just say«no I’m sorry it doesn’t work, you’ll have to slid the card». Really this store needs some training in customer service.

ZEROSTARS Busy lunch time and plenty of people in line at 11:30 am today. Two people ahead of me in line when cashier C***** decides to ” help” the customer who is buying a sandwich. She ABANDONS the register and goes to deli dept which is loaded with customers. Myself and other poor souls left to stand and extra 5 full minutes while waiting for her to complete her mission. At one point, the cashier from the next aisle sees what’s happening and for a minute, I think she’s going to jump in and help. No, she’s just there to enjoy the scene, …customers in line, and the empty register. She puts her drink down and then walks back to her own register. Thanks a bunch. C*****. You help one person(when you could have called a coworker to run to deli, so you could keep the line moving) and then delayed the rest of us on your line.

No garlic bread on the bakery shelves! I asked Sherry and she offered to make the spread for me if I just wanted to get french bread. What awesome customer service! I love my publix!

Our favorite Publix. Great customer service, and they almost always have what we want in stock. The store is clean and well lit. The employees are very helpful. Their fish selection doesn’t include many wild caught selections but it is well stocked.

This is the publix I normally shop at I have some good friends that work here miss Evelyn the cashier Sue the lady that cooks the food and cute cashier Aaron as well as my all time favorite Alex with the glasses. Today I was very saddened when I went in to pick up my dogs seizure medicine. They asked if I was informed about the price increase. I said no I was not. They went on to tell me the prescription that is normally $ 64 increased to two hundred and seventy eight dollars. I called my veterinarian and AM picking up the medicine at their office tomorrow for $ 78. I think there’s a bit of price gouging going on right now at this store. I don’t know what happened I was never informed of such an increase that clearly is ridiculous when I can get it at my veterinarians office for under $ 80. The only reason I am going to go back is because of the four people that I named my four friends at Publix they make it worth shopping and it really is a pleasure to see them.

Does this Publix send out some sort of sonar that only people over 75 can hear? Since this is close to where I work, I sometimes eat my lunch in the section by the deli counter and I am seriously one of the youngest people in the place on a consistent basis. I realize that most people my age are working during the day but the amount of senior citizens is on par with Morrison’s during the early bird special. The store itself is not bad and the staff is nice. They do need to keep the lunch section a little cleaner and sometimes they are a little lax in refilling the napkins and utensils; however, it’s not a bad grocery store in all. Just don’t expect to get in and out of this place…
