I have never received the level of customer service from a salon that I get at Extension Addiction. Every time I have been in, I have been blown away by how great the staff makes you feel. I always leave feeling like a queen. I have had extensions, hair colored, and hair cut and have been more than pleased with each service. I cannot recommend them enough!

Boy, am I over the moon about this place! Just moved here from California and after reading reviews online I decided to try it out. For my first hair appt I decided to go balls and get three different colors at once, plus a hair cut. Reina and Emily not only rose to the challenge, they hit it out of the park.
I had dark brown fine hair when I went in and now I have long full blended layers & fringe bangs, and super skinny blond lights on top, alternating chunky cherry red and black underneath — It’s just punk rock enough for a 30-​something housewife to feel like a million bucks but not look like I’m desperately trying to hang on to a fleeting youth.
Also got a full set of lash extensions done today. I’ve had lash extensions on for about two years now and never had a problem w them falling off prematurely until I moved to Idaho and saw another lady. Before resigning myself to a bleak and lashless existence, I thought I’d give it one more shot w a new salon and I am so glad that I did as they are staying put and look exactly like they did before I moved here. Ashley was able to achieve the Same effect of a 90 min appt in less than half the time. She far exceeded my expectations.
Cherry on my sundae of today: customer loyalty discount cards.. I came home with a bag of retail goodies and came in so far under budget that I was able to stop and shop for some new threads on my way home.
New town, new hair, new lashes, new products, new threads — I. AM. A. HAPPY. GIRL. I’m looking forward to next week’s appt (hair conditioning mask & mani pedi)
This place is affordable enough for me to schedule some type of pampering service weekly. My heart is full of glee!

I went and had my hair colored at Urbana Salon in Spokane Washington that was a huge mistake. My hair was so dry, my scalp and forehead had chemical burns, and my hair was bright yellow at the roots and at the nape of my neck, but grey on the ends. I went to see Chloe at Extension Addiction to have a color correction. Honestly, I didn’t think that my hair would be able to be salvaged. She was able to fix it and actually got it to the color I wanted originally, platinum blonde. She was so professional and explained everything that she was doing in addition to doing a thorough consultation prior to bleaching my hair. The staff there was fantastic as well. They asked me several times if I wanted coffee, water anything. They were just lovely. She was so thoughtful and kept asking if I felt any tingling on my scalp. I never did. She was just amazing and knowledgable. I cannot express how grateful I am for her and how my hair turned out. Thank you so much Chloe and the ladies of Extension Addiction you are fabulous and saved my hair.

Great salon! I’ve been so satisfied with this salon. Just moved here from California and I found a gem! The owner is lovely and I will keep going back! My hair has never looked better! After hair loss, extentions are a huge confidence builder. They look so natural no one would know. Highly highly recommend!

Super friendly and knowledgeable! I called in for an appointment for a trim and extension consultation and was scheduled with Chloe. I told the lady on the phone I have very curly hair and would prefer someone with experience. Of course she assured me all the stylists are experienced but that Reyna is always there to assist if need be. Reyna checked me in and offered me snacks, drinks, she was super friendly. Then I met Chloe who was also great! They really take their time to talk to you and ask exactly what look you are going for and what you are wanting out of the extensions. I am very happy I came here and will continue to come here for all my services :)

I have done extensions with Tara for a year now. I love the variety she has and how easy she is to work with! Always comes out amazing!
