My husband and I were blown away by our experience with Mark at Cohasset Jewelry!!!
My husband bought my engagement ring from Mark 12 years ago and we wanted to upgrade the ring for our 10 year wedding anniversary.
I had an idea of what I wanted with specific, customized design specs including a high quality diamond. (of course GIA certified, it’s important!)
Mark was excellent in communicating with us right from the start. His responses to our inquiries were timely and very thorough in laying out all the information we needed to know. First he taught us all about diamonds and pricing — then, he went through our options, the ring setting design, the main diamond’s cut & quality and cost — which was extremely detailed and honest! We went to 3 different jewelry stores in our area to educate ourselves but Mark did a much better job helping us understand all of the variables! Mark also worked with us to gain the best value from our engagement ring to be used as a credit for the new ring.
He searched far and wide for my center diamond to ensure the best price and quality. And, since we weren’t in a big hurry, he advised us to wait until after Mother’s Day to allow prices to drop slightly. After he found the best center diamond, he sent us a price quote within our budget along with several beautiful mockups of my customized ring. I was completely astonished and happy with the design!!! After we gave the green light to create the ring, we received the ring by insured mail from his store within 10 days!
When I was about to open the ring box, I was nervous and worried whether the ring turned out the way I wanted. I am very precise and my husband always says I am the most difficult person to buy a gift for.
When I saw the ring, I was filled with excitement! The craftsmanship was beyond amazing! It honestly turned out even better than I had imagined. Mark did amazing work on my ring. I can say this is the one for my life!
