I chose to order flowers for mothers day direct from this local business vs buying from FTD or 1−800-flowers. When I called to check on the order, the OWNER (of all people) was stressed beyond belief and completely rude. She couldn’t actually find a record of my order but thought she could «remember» my mothers address as one that was having flowers delivered to. Interesting that she could «remember» that specific address but yet was so stressed out due to the overwhelming amount of orders they had. It appears they had no organization or tracking to their orders. Then she asked ME to call her back in 10 minutes. That’s poor customer service! Luckily, the only saving grace was Tina who called back and instead of being a snobby, like owner Lori, she was kind and apologized for the confusion.
I’ll remember that next year Lori.

I’ve ordered flowers from here on several occasions for my girlfriend who lives in the area. The results have been great every time. I’ve done both internet and phone orders and in the event of confusion or an availability question, the staff has been pleasant and helpful. Delivery is prompt and professional and the product is always well done. Would recommend without hesitation.
