Wonderful local Italian bakery! Family owned by folks who started their business in their home taking special orders for friends and family. The word got out how good they are!!! When traffic at their house became too much for them to handle they just had to open a shop! That tells you something right there! Sheet pizzas, stuffed breads, Italian bread, cupcakes, canollis etc. We have tried them all! Clean, bright, cheery bakery with wonderful staff! Wait ’til you walk in the front door and just take a whiff of the mixed scent of sweet treats and fresh homemade bread. Mmmmm… gotta run… gotta go feed a craving going on here…;)

AMAZING bakery. Clean, beautiful, and reasonably priced for HUGE cupcakes. Get a peanut butter one, it’s one of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. The coconut macaroons are soft, yet crunchy. They sell pizza here as well and the broccoli bacon was to die for, as well as the buffalo chicken one. Very well priced for the amount/size of everything you’re getting, and the staff are very very nice. New favorite bakery, for sure!!!

Like to stop in this bakery when visiting in Colchester. It has been at this location for several years now. It is clean and usually very busy. Nice selection of breads, Italian cookies and pastries. I picked up a chicken parmigiana stuffed bread for a party. It is $ 12.00 for a very large loaf. They have many stuffed bread choices including your usual pepperoni, sausage and spinach. Also a very large selection of Italian cookies. Worth a visit!

Great bakery. So happy they make Russian pumpernickel bread. Really missed it after Colchester Bakery closed. Haven’t had anything that wasn’t fresh and tasty. Especially like their stuffed breads and their chocolate pound cake. Highly recommend this business!

This bakery tucked behind a Citgo in Colchester always provides an excellent dessert experience. Cupcakes are always scrumptious. Stuffed breads are also a tasty treat.

Food seems fresh, service was good though may have lacked some warmth as another reviewer mentioned. This place seems to be the best bakery in town since the fall of the Colchester Bakery. I’d recommend giving them a try.

Our first time there and overwhelmed with the many choices. We chose cupcakes, a Boston crime donut and chicken pram bread. Everything was delicious. The 3 stars are for the service. They were short with their answers to our questions and obviously perturbed that we didn’t know all the stuffed breads available. Unlikely we will return for that reason.

Disappointed with the cannoli, I ordered chocolate & regular. I have had better. But I am willing to try their other items on the menu since I have read better reviews about the other items.

The brownies are to DIEFOR!!! Love them. Also love their stuffed breads. Please try them out so they can stay around for a long time. FABULOUS!

Great place… good variety even for some lunch treats like stuffed bread and pizza slices. But the best so far is their cherry walnut bundt cake. the thing is so moist and absolutely loaded with nuts and cherries. I asked them if they could use the recipe to make it a round birthday cake and they happily accommodated… the party guests were amazed… it is a bit hidden behind a Citgo on the main drag but be sure to give them a try!

Tried Angelo’s for the first time today — Can’t wait to go back!!! Wonderful selection of cookies, pastries & breads. And a nice coffee set up with several flavored coffees so if you cant wait to get home you can grab a coffee & pastry and sit outside at their picnic tables… What did I get? A nice moist cranberry nut muffin, an amazingly fresh«Lobster Claw»(aka Italian Sfogliatelle), two kinds of donuts, fresh loaf of rye bread and an orange creamsicle cupcake… All perfectly yummmmmy!!! I can’t wait to try EVERYTHINGELSE!!!

A great local bakery that moved to this location in late 2012. Favorite items are Italian cookies, stuffed breads, pizza and breakfast pastries. They also make cakes, cupcakes, and all manner of Italian pastry. I love the Baronet coffee they brew. Great addition to downtown Colchester.
