Clothes Pin

I took a few sports coat here. When I went to put them in the closet I noticed they missed a lapel on one of the jackets. It was totally obvious to anybody. One lapel was OK the other was not. The lapel was just hanging down. I took it back not thinking that it would be a problem. I handed it to the woman, with the receipt ($ 12.80 press & dryclean), and pointed at the lapel and said that they missed this and it needed to be repressed. She said we don’t press them here. I just shrugged my shoulders and said well, take it back to wherever you had it pressed. She said I will have to pay to get it repressed. I showed her the receipt. I had just picked it up 2 hrs beforehand. I was thinking maybe she thought I wore it, wrecked the creases and wants it repressed for nothing. She said no, we don’t give refunds. So over $ 12.80 she is going to lose my business forever. Aside from being miserable she apparently isn’t a very good businessman either.
