Great service and knowledge are given when you enter. The quality of shoes is actually palpable. The sales team has amazing patience with their customers and assist them with what they need. Really enjoyed my shopping experience every time I have been there

I went to buy new shoes because my feet hurt so bad in my new job, come to find out I just needed insoles after learning about support. I was ready to spend $ 200 to find relief for the pain. I was greeted and educated by Tamie who changed my life to finally giving me relief for a ¼ of the price. Thank you Danform for having such well trained employees with a passion to help people, not just sell them something.

I usually shop at Amazon because of price and convenience. But my visit to Danform Shoes demonstrated to me.(again) how the local knowledge and product knowledge is crucial. The assistant manager at Danform Shoes, Eric, took me under his wing and fitted my feet perfectly. I have one foot that is a full size larger than the other. No problem. I like the knowledge base he brought to his job.

Danform is my favorite shoe store. Keens, Merrill’s, Dansko, Naot… quality shoes for living in Vermont. The sale basement in Colchester is a personal weakness and I work near the downtown Burlington store and have to close my eyes when I walk by to avoid being lured in by the siren song. What you might not realize is that their everyday prices are equal or LOWER than the big online stores. Yup, you heard me right. I am a huge online shopper so I checked and checked and don’t find better deals online for this years shoes. So it is actually cheaper to go in person and get shoes that fit right the first time. The sales people aren’t on commission. But they are passionate and knowledgable about shoes and always treat me right. Sign up at their website or in the store to get their emails. There aren’t many so you won’t regret them filling up your inbox but they have some very tempting coupons.

We headed into the Colchester store and were immediately greeted by helpful salespeople. My daughter and I were both able to find shoes and boots in our sizes. They insisted on measuring our feet and were smart about bringing out multiple sizes in the styles we were looking for. I was impressed by the Sale Room in the back with the variety of styles and the prices were great. I found a pair of suede lined boots for $ 60. I wasn’t really planning on getting boots but couldn’t pass up that price. The salesperson, Eric, was very careful to ask how we’d be using our boots and offering my daughter several styles to try on. This family-owned shoe store is focusing on great customer service and quality shoes. Well worth the trip.

I love this place as well as the sister stores downtown and on route 7… shoes for the whole family though the children’s selection is much bigger in the Colchester & Route 7 stores. The Route 7& Colchester store also have bargain basement sections. The focus is on comfortable, quality, stylish shoes… prices range, not super cheap but not a rip off either…
