I had a wedding to attend in Burlington and this was leaps and bounds cheaper than hotels. Not to mention the location was spectacular. 15 minutes to everything Burlington.
We had a tent spot for a few days and loved every bit of it. Plenty of wooded areas as well as open spots for those not necessarily there to rough it. Great clean bathrooms and showers. The pool was an added bonus that I was not expecting. It was so clean and well maintained.
Lots of people but it was Labor Day weekend. With that said, they surprisingly still had plenty of availability. I would definitely return and recommend this location.

We stayed here for one night during Labor Day 2014… There were many tent sites left, but the RVs looked like they barely had room to open their awnings…
Bathrooms don’t have any vent fans, so stay humid from the showers.
The place is right across the street from Lake Champlain, some tent sites are right along the road (which is quiet after 9 pm).
