Brought in my truck to get a brake job. I dropped off on a Sunday before my vacation. Mind you my appointment wasn’t until the following Friday. I didn’t get a call until the day AFTER my appointment time asking what they were doing to my truck. Clearly they lost my appointment and the notes. Two days later I called and asked if they were done and they still hadn’t looked at it. They were not apologetic and were rude, and did not offer anything for wasting my time. I got my truck without the work done and will never go back. Clearly these guys are too busy to care about customers so they obviously won’t miss my business. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here!!!
