No bathrooms??? I spent nearly $ 100 in here on a group of people when we were on the road scouting, and there are no bathrooms. They told us we could use bathrooms at the gas station next door, but they didn’t have any, either.

This is a great deli, sandwiches are large all salads are fresh service is fast prices are reasonable. I highly recommend eating here the owner Eddie is always there and is a real gentleman. The location is perfect across from the harbor and a park, so check it out you will not be sorry…

This deli is by far the best deli I have ever been to and has really fair prices which you wouldn’t expect for a deli located across the street from the water. During the summer this spot is great to get a breakfast or lunch sand which and walk across the street to the park and eat looking out into the Long Island sound. I highly suggest for breakfast the hungeryman which is 3 eggs bacon, sausage, ham, cheese on a hero and for lunch the #3 which is a breaded chicken breast bacon and cheese on a roll(make sure to ask for Russian on it) I highly recommend this deli and would eat here everyday if I could

Stopped in today for a bite before hitting the trails that run behind in the woods from this strip. Huge sandwiches. Very generous. Each hero was enough for two. Fresh. Tasty. Very friendly staff. Will be back.

Best half and halfs. Really good quality sandwiches with a large selection of drinks, chips, beer, and a small but fresh selection of homemade fruit salads, chicken salads, wraps and desserts. The chicken Cesar salad wrap is good, but ask for it with a little red onion like they used to make it and it pops. Any chicken sandwich is good here. Especially with melted cheese and Russian dressing.

I’d love to 3.5 this one, but Reason. Will. Prevail! and I’ll knock it down to a 3. Why? The food was A-OK. An average pair of sammies(a #1 and a custom ‘wich), a sub-par side(macaroni BLT salad, decent only in creativity) and a fantastic dessert(peanut butter n fudge topped brownie) will do that to ya. The employees are cool and the place is clean, which is a definite rarity when it comes to deli’s that have been around the block, but the food was so very average. Can you read into this and see how I want to love it?! Either way, there are so few food options in this area, I wouldn’t hesitate to drop by here again and hopefully raise my rating(let’s do this!!)

Since moving to Long Island this has become my deli of choice. The people are friendly, the food is great and I love the fact that you get coffee and orange juice with your egg and bacon roll all for $ 4. On top of that in the summer you just cross the road and eat your breakfast on the park bench looking out at the harbor — its a great relaxing way to start the weekend.

There’s nothing like a chicken cutlet sandwich on a summer day! Amazing food, fresh, healthy(semi!) and delicious.

I love this deli due to it’s proximity to the park on Cold Spring Harbor plus they always have this giant pile of chicken cutlet sandwiches ready to be handed out to hungry picnic goers and boaters. They are well manned — there must be like 8 guys back there making sandwiches but the place is a little cramped with a bunch of display racks right in the middle of the floor. Parking is tight– there are about 4 – 5 spots in a tiny lot in front and being that it is situated on a curve of a busy road, it can get treacherous getting in and out of the place.
