Go-go Pops has a wide variety of creamy and juicy popsicles. All natural! I had the Great Bear and I was able to taste all of the main flavors: honey, chamomile, and lemon. A cool treat to get while in Cold Springs. The shop also offers coffees, chocolates, teas, and soups.

Creamsicle is da bomb! Large selection of popsicles in this little shop along Main Street. Plenty of flavors to choose from, and made mostly from all-natural ingredients. Had the blueberry and creamsicle. Great tasting and bursting with flavor. They also carry coffees, teas, candies, chocolates, sodas, and assorted snacks to munch on. Can seem a bit pricey to some but the quality is worth it. This is a mom and pop kind of shop and the owners have worked hard to make it a success. Support them. A solid alternative to the ice cream joints that are also in town. They have a few tables and chairs out front to crash on and people watch while you enjoy your popsicle.

My sister and I came here on a break from a wedding. Craving bubble tea this place caught my eye. Drive was long but it was well worth it. It’s on a small quiet road that takes you back to the old days where people are rushing by but noticing the beautiful scenery that is around. Walked in and was met with some great aroma, what a small café should smell like. Asked what are some popular flavors for pops, now keep in mind wanted bubble tea but after being suggested the Pumpkin Popsicle and it being fall had to try it. My sister got the Berry Popsicle. Both were delicious. Both creamy Popsicles but my pumpkin one took the win. It was like the owner made the pumpkin pie in the morning added more milk or cream to make the Popsicle. There was some yummy crust in it that gave this sweet but not overpowering taste. Wished we got more but couldn’t. But next time I’m visiting NY I will make time for this place.

This is my second time here and after a long hike, fruity ice pops are refreshing. This experience was also better than my first where to ice pop tasted watered down. Guess it’s the luck of the draw.

Absolutely forget ice cream if you are coming to Cold Spring. Just get a Popsicle(or two) from Go-Go Pops. I’ve had three flavors and all of them have been divine. The banana pudding is one of my favorites. Although Pumpkin Pie is coming in a close second. Don’t forget Orange Cream! Sooooo good. Don’t miss it!

Love love love love love this place!!! They have a wonderful selection of artisanal popsicles with interesting flavors, they have amazing coffee, they have artisanal sodas and drinks, healthy snacks, and so much more. I really loved this place so much. I got a mango popsicle which tasted like it was actually made form real mango and not just flavored sugar water with food coloring. My husband got sour cherry and loved his as well. My friend got a banana muffin popsicle and loved it. This place was perfect after a long hike in the hot sun! Loved it!

Gets crowded in here. Small space. But they have a lot of options and seemed to be clean. But they should consider using more natural cleaners because it’s around food and people have to smell it — the place smelled like bleach. I had the mango hibiscus Ice pop and it was ok. A little bland. But the woman was nice enough to explain ingredients. $ 3.25 per pop. One little table to sit at inside. So if it’s hot you’re going to have to go outside.

This is my favorite Hudson Valley post-hiking spot! The pops are amazing — fresh and full of interesting flavors — and they come in both creamy(more like ice cream) or juicy(no cream for the lactose-intolerant among us). I’ve tried two of the juicy — avocado-kiwi with coconut juice and pineapple juice — and«the bear,» made with lemon juice, honey and chamomile. So refreshing! Fun shop too — lots of interesting chocolates, candies, guns and coffees.

cute place. tried their blueberry-lemon popsicle. It was one of the creamy ones but I was actually feeling a juicy one. It was good since it has a lot of fresh blueberries, but overall, it was ok. My friends and I were not completely impressed.

After a long few hours hiking in cold spring, nothing sounded better than some frozen pops. This family owned shop is adorable! Felt like a 5 year old going into a candy shop for the first time. They stock many interesting sodas and candies that I had never seen before. The mango-hibiscus ice pop was tart, refreshing, and everything i needed in that moment. Fresh mango chunks in every bite. The coconut pop was also tasty but the coconut flavor became too overpowering, especially because the texture was so thick. An awesome place to stop by if you’re in town. Free Wi-Fi too!

Was told, «no bathroom.» What does the staff use? Where do they wash hands? I’m suppossed to enjoy your food and have a cup of coffee but can’t wash my hands or relieve myself? Not a good look.

After a day of hiking, a popsicle sounded like a good idea. I was drawn into this cute little shop at first cause of their bubble tea offers, but afterward I realized it was out of season in the fall, It’s only for the summer folks! Regardless I ended up getting a strawberry banana popsicle. They use fruit fruit and they don’t blend it down. My friend had the avocado kiwi which was delicious! Very creamy. Great place for people of all ages, worth checking out.

Very refreshing ice pop. I had the cucumber. It had just a touch of heat and was not too sweet. To me, the bubble tea was not appetizing. It looked rather too sweet. It was formed from sweet tea with fruit flavoring and black bobbas. Let me say that it is only because I’m actually Asian from an Asian town in New York City that I can be surprised and horrified at bubble tea made this way. I guess this is a reimagined bubble tea based on Animé! The woman who bought it proceeded to add honey. So odd to me. Maybe I may have liked it. More than likely, I wouldn’t have.

On the way to Breakneck Ridge for our hike yesterday, we passed by this cute little shop and made it a point to stop by on our way back. Well, 4 hours later, we limped our sweaty, tired, dehydrated selves back and were glad to see that they were still open. Cold, sweet treats were exactly what we needed. We had just missed the train(they run hourly) so we got to sit and soak in the AC while enjoying a bunch of items on their menu. Go-Go Pops offers two different types of pops — creamy(made with milk) and juicy(made with all fruit and juice). They also offer pretty much whatever you fancy to drink, including coffee/espresso, smoothies, bubble tea, sodas, etc. On the left side, there are shelves and shelves of treats — all sorts of candies and chocolates, natural soft drinks as well as coffee and tea by the pound. The best part — everything in the store is organic, fair trade and local ! I am all for that. Go Go-Go! hha. I opted for two pops — Mango-Hibiscus(juicy) and Wild Blueberry-Lemon(creamy). The first bite of the mango-hibiscus was absolutely delightful. Pretty sure I enjoyed it that much more because of how exhausted and hot I was post-hike but it was definitely good. The pop had a subtle but lovely hibiscus flavor. There were chunks of yummy, chewy mango pieces throughout. The Wild Blueberry-Lemon was equally as good but very different. The first bite of this one was a bit chalky so I let it cool down a bit before devouring it. This one was super creamy(made with cream, milk and condensed milk), with a strong lemon taste and a burst of flavor from the blueberries in each bite. I tried a bit of my friend’s blueberry lemon twist bubble tea and avocado-kiwi pop. The tea was soo refreshing and the bubbles were nice and chewy. The avocado-kiwi pop was excellent too — who knew these flavors worked so well together? BTW, all of the pops that I had weren’t ridiculously sweet which was great. I would have been happy to get either one of these as my 3rd pick but I was totally overdoing it already. we had plans for Shake Shack for when we got back! Instead, I opted for a little piece of the Goat’s Milk Chai Caramels that I was eying earlier — ugh, absolutely sinful. I’ll be back to hike some of the other trails offered in Cold Springs and will most definitely be making a stop at Go-Go as well.

The avocado kiwi was to die for. I wish I would’ve gotten that one like my husband but my hibiscus mango was good too. Nice shop and very kind helpful young dudes working.

I love the town of cold springs. I stopped in here and got a hot chocolate(snickerdoodle). I would go back if it is cold and you need a warm beverage.

Small towns like Cold Spring are a joy to visit and this little place is one of those reasons. Located on the«main street» of town, this small shop features some of the most inventive popsicles I’ve ever come across. Flavors such as cucumber chili, avocado kiwi and cantalope ginger, are all made from natural, organic ingredients by a lovely woman behind the counter. If pops aren’t your thing, then why are you here, you have a selection of shakes, smoothies, and even a small selection of savory foods to enjoy. In addition to that, there are a plethora of interesting and some local edible delights to peruse and snatch up. I make the drive up to the Catskills to do hikes and other day trip stuff but I will always make it a point to «pop» in to say hi and try another new flavor.

It’s been two years plus and time for an update. Besides their dozens of delicious pops I have had since they first opened their doors, I frequently stop in for coffee too. Why? Because it is free trade, organic and they have soy milk. And what do I get on the side of whatever I purchase? Nice chat from both the owners. I am happy for their continued successes(represented at many local farmers markets and at Sockerbit in NYC), trying out new flavors(gazpacho anyone?) and pleasant environment both inside and outside. As for their prices they are all clearly listed on the giant board. They are not Good Humor nor are they pouring V8s behind the counter. Not only are good quality ingredients expensive but so is rent, overhead and people are entitled to make a living. All their pops are handmade from scratch and hand sealed in their sleeves. As I mentioned before it may not be a thrice a day habit but it’s a good habit as habits go, supports literally a Mom &POP operation and you are getting what you pay for-quality and creativity. :)))

This place is the cutest place! The Go-go pops are wonderful and I could tell it brings the community together. I was walking back from my 5-hr hike and it was so cute to see little kids and their parents equally excited about eating their go-go pops sitting right in front of the store. I didn’t know how popular the go-go pops were. I went to go get a cup of coffee and a muffin before the hike and the owner was so nice and offered some friendly tips. She definitely seemed to love being there and it showed :). There is so many different kinds of coffees and teas and quirky rare candies and so it’s a wonderful place for both adults and children.
