We stopped into the Regis Hair Northgate location at 830pm on Monday 8⁄10. Two people were seated and 1 was sweeping. I asked the girl seated at the desk — «Hey I know it’s 830 — but would you have time to cut my husband’s hair? He does a #2 all over — so it only takes 5 – 10 minutes.» They all shook their head and the desk girl said «Oh no — I’m about to close my register. Sorry.» I went down the mall to MasterCuts and their staffer (who was alone) was MORE than happy to cut his hair and laughed at how quick it was. I’m very disappointed and will be sure to never go back to Regis. Great job MasterCuts!
