So this bill arrives in the mail yesterday, but the date of service was July 2008. Not sure if I paid it already or if it was a mistake, I call the phone number on the bill. I ask to speak to someone in the billing department. The guy who answers the phone tells me to call back tomorrow. I explain that I received a bill and have questions about it. Is there anyone that can help me. The answer«no, call back tomorrow» My response, «well is it possible to leave a voice mail message or leave a message with you?» The answer«[sigh]» I’m dumbfounded. In my humble opinion this is no way to run a business. Guess I’ll have to call back tomorrow.
