Horrible costumer service. Rude and did not know the prices of anything. Food was not good either, would not recommend.

This place is terrible! $ 6.50 for a bacon egg and cheese that tastes worse than those jimmy dean things you get in the freezer section. The coffee was no better.

*This review only covers speed of service, not food.* They are very slow ringing people up so traveler beware. If you’re running tight on time, keep going. Had a flight leaving from the gate right across from it. I thought I’d get in line, get something to drink and a quick bagel, and enjoy my morning flight back home. It was not to be. Despite there only being about 5 people in line total, the line barely moved. It was so slow! I left and just waited at the gate, hungry, for my flight. I was a little surprised that an airport eatery would be so slow at ringing people up. Maybe it was an off day.

Omg! This is one of the best Reuben sandwiches that I have had in a very long time. Fresh a tasty. The rye bread and dress oh so good. And I have lived in NYC where we have the best Jewish/kosher Deli’s. I purchase the«Brooklyn Reuben». Try it you will love it.

The good new is they make fresh bagels and this is the best bagel option in the Atlanta airport, but the bad news it is the quality is lacking. Bagels on several attempts were pretty bad. They taste doughy and the nova spread does not taste fresh and the actual nova is overpriced and looks pretty rough. The highlight for me was the iced coffee. If you are on a bagel binge then this is the best option you have, but the look of the bagels always attract me for a repeat only the quality is always lacking.

Actually this one is in the T gates by T12. Friendly counter staff and preparers. Place is very small and crowded when waiting but it’s theairport. Got a nice recently dated fruit cup, and they make gluten free bagels and bread. So got a vegetarian sandwich(cucumber, tomato, onion sprouts and lettuce) all were fresh and the gluten free bread was also fresh and favorable. Wish I could find a loaf of this stuff? Spot on score. With a bottle(pint) of water got zinged a little at $ 17.88 but in the big airport?

Nothing fancy, I just grabbed one of the containers that had chicken salad on a tomato that had been cut into quarters and popped into a clear container. At the register, I ordered a bagel and asked for it to be toasted. The chicken salad was okay(not as much as I expected) and the tomato was good but needed to have the core cut away. It was nice and easy to eat on the plane and the bagel was yummy(but barely warmed in the toaster. You’ll want to get yours toasted a second time).

They must have read Unilocal’s reviewers comments because I was completely satisfied. I only stopped because it had gluten free bread. It was to die for. I had whole grain style gluten free bread with slow cured ham and swiss with all the condiments. Husband had regular bread and we both devoured and moaned the entire time. The people behind the counter were very pleasant and were very aware of their customers. It must have been the reviews that made the take notice. woo too.

It is really sad that the customers have to listen to the gossip of staff while waiting on food. There were 5 people behind the counter. Yep, 5! They were overstaffed. My grilled cheese was way too buttery. The pickle as good though. They did not have a large selection of chips either. At least the staff said thank you. I knew I should have gone to Goldbergs at Colony Square before hopping on MARTA. Lesson learned.

Cinnamon roll didn’t have enough icing and was very bready. They also treat their customers like the DMV or other government agency. They crew had more fun chit chatting with each other.

It is airport food, so it is lower quality and/or higher priced than you would expect. I had a «small» coffee, which was absolutely huge, so $ 2.50 wasn’t unreasonable. I had a breakfast bagel with it. The bagel seemed to be panini-grilled, and it was conveniently packaged in a plastic clamshell. The employees were friendly and they had the nice coffee cup lids that can completely close. That is a big plus for walking around the airport.

Bad, overpriced food. Do yourself a favor and keep walking.
