Burger Theory

Conveniently located at the holiday inn near airport. Needed a late tasty meal walking distance to my hotel, there was theory. Nice atmosphere. Didn’t care much for the bartender, but everyone else was great and very welcoming. I would recommend the farm fresh burger.

Food is really good. Great portions. Good casual atmosphere. Sit at the bar and Gigi is awesome. She learns everyone’s name. Seriously the food is above expectations for a bar– restaurant

Amazing Burger joint!!! Had the «Boss» burger recommended by Staff. It was Incredible. Great craft beer selections and very friendly staff. Gigi was AWESOME behind the bar.

This burger spot is a hidden gem inside the Holiday Inn hotel!!! My bf & I ordered veggie burgers with French fries and it was one of the best burgers we have ever had. We ordered room service because it’s located in the Holiday inn hotel. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of their hours. This place is definitely a must try when in the Atl airport area.

A friend of my mine recommended Burger Theory (Airport Location) for their Gourmet Burgers.
The atmosphere is very relaxing. They serve a great diverse crowd. I meet someone interesting from sitting at the bar everytime I come. The bartender Gigi is awesome. First, her customer service is great. She was on point with all her recommendations and her drinks are tasty. (Gigi definitely is eye candy as well. She has curves for days lol)
I recieved by drink within 3 minutes of ordering. BT doesn’t have to many cocktail selections so i asked Gigi to create me a drink with vodka.
I recieved my food within 12 mins of ordering. Any Burger you choose will be great. The meat blend is amazing. Buns are super soft but does get soggy quick. I also tried the Shrimp Flatbread. DELICIOUS. Gigi also recommended the Onion Rings. I passed on those but seen another customer ordered them. I said to my self maybe i should’ve tried them. They look like their fried to perfection.
Overall, Great Food, Great Drinks, Great Atmosphere and Great Service. (Thanks Gigi) Great place for locals as well as out of towner’s

I was staying at the Sheraton and wanted a change so I walked to Ruby Tuesday. I left shortly after in search of better tap beer and better service. I found Gigi at Burger Theory. She’s both personable and a great mixologist. Exactly what everybody looks for in a bartender even if you’re just ordering tap beer.
The burger was pretty good, a tad too much grease. I know if I would have told Gigi she would have had my back but I didn’t feel that serious about it. I’m glad I ventured out from the comfortable easily accessible zone the bar was full of easy going laid back folks.

The place was packed when I tried this during my stay at the holiday inn. Reviews looked good so wanted to give it a shot.
40 minute wait. The place is very small so I figured why not wait. Service was very apologetic and very quick but the food just wasn’t great. My Uptown burger tasted okay but nothing fabulous. It was just a mediocre burger. Not sure if this was due to them being so busy or if my burger experience is more enhanced.
I will try this place again to figure out if it was due to them being so busy. 3 stars for now.

Burger Theory is Atlanta ’ s best kept secret. The food is amazing and Gigi is the best bartender. She is very friendly and keeps the bar going with friendly conversation. Everything she’s recommend has been great. Everyone must try one of the burgers. If you are in the area or staying near the airport, you must stop by.

Fun atmosphere. Our waitress had great personality. Food excellent. A different kind burger. Super duper juicy. It’s stuffed.

Didn’t want to go far for dinner after an afternoon of driving, so we settled on whatever was in the hotel lobby — and Burger Theory is it. We were not very optimistic on what to expect but ultimately we are happy with our decision. The BT Burger was tasty (8.5÷10); juicy and cooked as requested (medium rare), and the flavors were good, including the KGB sauce. The fries however were not good; shoestring in nature but over cooked and too hard. Not as satisfying as we had hoped with the fries but overall it was convenient and food enough. (We didn’t have any but the salads looked too.)

Excellent burgers. Great onion rings. Sit at the bar and chat with Gigi, she is a gem.

Burger was decent although they missed the temp I asked for (Medium Well was delivered well done). Screens were nice, but no audio. Beer selection was pretty decent albeit pretty pricey ($ 6 drafts).

Clean comfy open space, lots of TVs all playing sports (not a fan, though). Gigi served me and was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Nice selection of local beers on tap. Had an IPA that was extraordinary (and very hoppy). Ordered the house burger, medium, with onion rings.
Presentation was very clean and appetizing. Toppings on the burger were a little stingy, though each element was tasty, including the meat and cheese combination. Though I don’t usually eat American cheese, it worked with the caramelized onion and the good beef. I get the other reviewers complaint about the soggy bun — it wasn’t bad, but the bottom bun had soaked in a little too much juice from the burger — either more lettuce in the bottom to protect the bun, or (better still) a toasted brioche bun would have worked much better. Otherwise really good.
The onion rings were delicious! Best I’ve had in a while.
All in all, worth the twenty bucks for beer burger and rings, and Gigi

What a great surprise! This gem is inside the Holiday Inn at the Atlanta airport. The burgers were delicious, they have a choice of beef, turkey or veggie burgers or a chicken breast. If we lived in the area we would definitely return.

I’ve been in town only a few hours and already found the best food and the best service! Thank you Burger Theory for making my first trip to Atlanta a memorable one!

Friendly staff, great food, and an upbeat atmosphere! They also have breakfast options starting at 6am.

Decent burgers, nice atmosphere, decent beer selection considering this is would be a better than average for a value type hotel. However, service was extremely slow, we waited over 40 min for our food, with apologies for a large party order before ours, however I overheard the same excuse for the table next to ours who were seated just after us, with no large party in site. I had the Farm style burger which I imagine would have been really quite good had it not arrived lukewarm and cold fries. Hopefully the service improves since they could be a great go to for travelers.

Great burgers and bar! Nice surprise at Holiday inn! A MUST repeat for sure!

Inside Holiday Inn Hotel. Good burgers and good variety of beer on tap. Better than Ruby Tuesday every nite if your staying at any of the local hotels. Lots of TVs and cool décor. Menu is not huge but quality seems better than other chain restaurants.
