Why university bookstore, a place for students!, is so expensive?!
I would recommend avoid going there (or at least avoid buying there), because you will probably find whatever you need elsewhere with a lower price.

As an alumni, I find myself coming to this store every time I’m on campus. Yes, it is a textbook store for the students, although it seems nowdays, a lot of purchasing can be found on-​line. This store takes two floors. Bottom floor is book theme with student textbooks and a small bookstore for those who want regular books. The top floor is filled with Terrapin paraphernalia galore. Often expensive, since Underamour has a contract with the University, but some very good quality products. Fear the Turtle. Go Terps!
