I’m a regular, sesame chicken with a veggie spring roll. Great service.

Delivery was terrible. Paid full price got no egg roll no fried rice. Called back got cussed out. Food was not worth the price. Order from somewhere else.

Couldn’t give it zero stars that’s why I had to put 1. I understand we had a snow storm so I ask if they had dilivery and they said yes. It would take about 60 – 80 min so I thought it was reasonable do to the weather mind you we are 5min drive away. Long story short 3 hours later come to find out they still had not cooked our food yet after 3 hours! And 5 phone calls ago they couldn’t tell us this. Unreliable never again will I or any of my friends or family members will order form this place again. 0 stars

12÷6÷15 Their food is pretty decent for take out. Unfortunately their customer service is terrible. They never deliver in less than 45 minutes even if you live or work 10 minutes away. I placed an order and it didn’t arrive until an hour and 15 minutes later. This is after multiple calls were made to the business to inquire about my food. The driver finally arrived and strolled in, on his phone… on speaker(I’m at work mind you). I inquired with him about compensation for the amount of time they took and he asked me to call the business. When I called the business… again, I was hung up on. This is completely unacceptable. I am in no way a complainer, I too work in customer service and this simply was not handled well. Try them out if you want to receive semi-warm food to eat and bad service.

Meh. The egg drop spup was weak. Almost watery. The Gen. Tso(I got it mild) was also a bit bland. The chicken tasted like boneless nuggets. Make you wonder if the chicken is cooked in the same oil as wings, which they also sell. They delivered to me at my hotel. Service speed and delivery accuracy through grubhub was spot on.

Food is good but I feel sorry for that turtle in that tiny tank. It can barely move. So sorry that I avoid this place if I can.

Been in and out of the bathroom for the last few hours because the general Tso’s chicken was rotten. Thanks guys. Don’t do it.

Two hours + to get the wrong shit delivered and it was cold total failure. Needs new management or to go under. Wawa has better food and service.

Food: Too greasy. My food were very soggy and bad. Also when you look inside their kitchen, it looks pretty dirty and noone seemed to care but cooking massive amount of wontons at a time(which explains why their food was soggy). Service: I’m not the type of a person to be sensitive enough about smiling to complement the restaurant but they don’t greet the customers. They seemed very spaced out. Atmosphere: I don’t recall them having eating tables. I think they only make foods to go or delivery. So that should give you some idea how they didn’t put much effort in their interior. Overal: I have no reason to go back. Period.

I have tried to give this place a couple of tries. It is basically the only fast food place in that shopping center. It is not like the other Yum’s for sure. The food just simply is not good and it is over priced. Sub and fries almost $ 9…I personally feel that they are over charging being that most people in this area aren’t familiar with«carry outs» . Not to mention either they pretend not to understand or really don’t understand. Took 3 people to translate my order and it was still wrong and tasteless.

Went there on Jun13th for some beef fried rice. The portion size was great. The rice was super greasy but tasted good. Not bad food for the amount spent. I went with a friend and she got Lo Mein that she ate quite quickly so I’m guessing it was good as well.

Took a chance and ordered online. General Tsao chicken and wontons. The food was reminiscent of Asian food circa the 1980s. It wasn’t bad but it’s not the food I was hoping for.

The worst Chinese food we have ever had. Egg drop soup should be called grease soup with egg whites. Even the bags of hard noodles were horrible. The fried rice had vegetables that weren’t cooked all the way and there was no taste to the rice. We read reviews and said, how bad could this be. It was really bad.

One star for the chicken and fries. The wings are black which means they are cooked frozen. And the fries are refried which are like a bag of UTZ. Not coming back.

DONOTORDERFROMHERE. We ordered for delivery on a Friday night at 730 with expected delivery time 9pm. It was 930 and I called to see if my order was coming and the lady didn’t even bother to check my order number or who I was. She just claimed all orders were on the way out. It was 10pm and we decided to eat somewhere else. We didn’t bother canceling our order until 1045, and even until then we still had not heard from them. Since we ordered through grubhub and they have great customer service, i got a $ 5 off coupon for my next order. At least something good came out of it. I hope Yums express goes out of business since other students say it’s the worst chinese food in the cp area. Absolutely NASTY food and REPULSIVE service. Not ever making this mistake again and I advise the rest of the world not to either. I sincerely wish I could give negative stars. I’m still so scarred…

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but it’s not worth the trouble. I’ve had coworkers sing the praises of heaven about Yum’s but my experiences were always underwhelming. The first time I ordered here, the food was mediocre. It wasn’t the worst, as far as carryouts go, but it certainly wasn’t the best by a long shot. The second go left even more to be desired. I ordered through Grubhub and ended up having to call to clarify something about their menu, since it still had a soda as an order option, yet described it as «temporarily unavailable.» Uhm, what? Just take it off the menu altogether! I actually called to clarify whether the item was in stock, and the language barrier was significant. The cashier didn’t seem to understand what I was asking«Do you have strawberry soda in stock?» so I gave up and ordered something different. I placed the order at 11:30am, but was given a delivery time of 1:15. I called at 1:20 when the food hadn’t arrived and the cashier was again rude and simply said«I’ll call you back.» When I asked her if she was going to take my phone number, she hung up on me. I called back 5 minutes later and she simply said«it’s on the way.» I got my food at 1:30pm. Waiting 90 minutes for delivery is excessive. I will not be ordering here again. The food is simply not good enough to outweigh the poor customer service.

Yum’s might be a little pricer than I would like, buttttt it’s always fresh and no skimping on the shrimp! They are open literally all the time! Never had any problems with messed up orders or language barriers. They are quick and efficient. Whenever I have a Chinese craving and I’m in the CP area, I go here. I always order Hunan Shrimp, Szechuan Shrimp or the 21 shrimp basket. As you can see, I love shrimp lol. Yums=yummy.

Quick and convenient Chinese takeout… no frills here. Very friendly staff who do a great job multitasking since they’re quite busy. I come here for the chicken wings, which are my current fave here in DC(Kenny’s are too big). The mumbo sauce — like all the other Chinese takeout places in DC — is not tasty to me at all. I just use my Frank’s Red Hot, which is the proper way to consume wings anyways lol

The wings here pretty darn large and very crispy. In my opinion, they were much better without the sauce. The lunch order should be more than enough to get you full. I wish there was a better dipping sauce. It would be bomb.
