Wow, surprised at the overall 2-star review for this establishment as I had a great time here while kicking off the new year! This spot is FANTASTIC! A bit off the beaten path in Flushing away from busy Main Street, however, it’s more than worth the travel. The facilities are clean and chic and the equipment is easy to use and well-kept. The song selections are up-to-date and the private rooms are affordable. They also offer drink packages and food items on their menu which are surprisingly tasty. Try their chicken wings(just the right amount of crunch, yet super tender & tasty). We were a group of 7 on a Saturday night and fully enjoyed ourselves. What was supposed to be a 2-hour event stretched out to a 4-hour room rental. The service was attentive and each room also offers a set of dice to play, should you choose, while singing your hearts out! All around a great spot and an added bonus: PARKING!!!

People in this place are crooks and DONOTGO there! We had an party of 25 and had reservation for 1AM and when we got there. They told us the current customer in that room are drunk and would not leave so there is nothing they can do about it. Isn’t that something the management would handle? Yes but no. Then the people in the room came out to argue with us and it turned out they said they booked the room til 2 am. So why the hell would they book us at 1AM and when the other party book the room til 2am? So we waited outside for over an hour til 2:20AM! That is not even the worse. After the end of the night. The bill came. It was about $ 1200 and they gave us $ 50 discount for the hour wait. We paid everything and was about to leave. One server came back asking for more tip for their ever so crappie service. My friend was little drunk so she gave the server $ 150. So my Chinese friend left and my American friend was still packing up their stuff when 3 more workers came to the room asking for more tip and money or would not let them leave. My friend didn’t speak chinese or know what was going on so gave them whatever was in his wallet which was over $ 300! Beware of this place because they take advantage of people that don’t speak chinese, horrible management and scam people money!

Came here on a Sunday night with reservations for the VIP room. The air conditioning was broken so they had these two mini portable air conditioners with their exhaust tubes leading out to the main hallway. Regardless of how high the settings were on the two machines, the room was beyond stuffy and hot. It also didn’t help that the morons in the group I was with decided to move the air conditioners to the corner of the room and let the exhaust tubes empty themselves into the room rather than the hallway. We were offered to split our group into two smaller air conditioned rooms but that defeats the purpose of having a karaōke party. I don’t do much karaōke but I’m pretty sure we were beyond ripped off. The drinks on the menu were over $ 5 a cup and the food dishes were pretty expensive too. Definitely singing in the comfort of my own home with singstar next time.

I think they serve fake alcohol. The hennessy tastes like rubbing alcohol. I think they need a new vendor maybe they get old stale alcohol or something but it doesnt taste like the real stuff. Sometimes this place is very misleading with pricing. Make sure you ask in detail about prices and time. They even wont kick out a previous customer that didnt leave even though we booked days in adavnce and were told which room we would get

Omg… this place is so bad… the microphone is so cheap like 99 cents & small room is the size of a bathroom. Smells bad inside & the server got an attitude problem. Don’t come!!!

Who would’ve ever known in the middle of a hotel and supermarket there was a karaōke spot? We went on a Saturday in the afternoon — for 2 or 3 hours it was like $ 15 per person — before 8PM. I mean how dirt cheap is that? Especially when the money is good towards food/drinks. So we get the room for ourselves to sing. The song selection is actually not that bad and pretty up to date. I like it because of the computerized set up and we can get the backup singing or not. The acoustics aren’t bad and the mics are of average quality. The rooms are nice and there’s ample space(from the room we were in anyway). The food wasn’t bad either — we ordered fries, wings and the rest of the money was used to order a cheap bottle of wine. Unilocal tip — if you check in you get the tiniest portable wine bottle EVER. It’s one of those single serve togo kind of thing. it’s the absolute cutest thing ever. However it’s only one per room. so share friends! My only negative is that it’s in the middle of nowhere. There’s no way of getting there unless you get driven. I mean when we were there only 1 other room had people singing in it. I wonder how they make money when there’s barely any advertisement. Needless to say I wouldn’t mind going back there when I get rides. ~happy singing!

Don’t go there, they play with your final bill after you are all drunk, and raised prices on some bs with excuses. Their attitude is bad and will not reason with you. I will not go there anymore, let this place run out of biz soon.

This place is like a black store… They raised the price on us after we arrived .not only did they raise the room they also raised the price of per bottle. They charge 80 opening fee when others only charge 40. I will never go there again.

There is no KTV scene in New York better than Flushing. So it is quite confusing to have a KTV bar so far from the busier area. At $ 19 an hour for a medium room on off peak hours on a Sunday, it is definitely pricey. 10 Points is relatively new so their sound system is great. Their song database is fairly updated but I’ve seen better in the more popular places in Flushing. The operating software is similar to the KTV bars in Brooklyn like 100Fun so you get the function to randomize the songs selected. Service was virtually non-existent and had so many flaws. The worker who took the orders in the front desk was doing her make up and she ended up getting our orders wrong. The other worker took forever to answer the service bell and had the most indifferent attitude to our requests. And according to the front desk worker, that Free Wine Offer you see for checking in on Unilocal is only free if you drink it outside the room. There are much better places for KTV in Flushing whether you like Chinese or English or etc songs. It is not worth the trip to travel that far from civilization for mediocre service and the same music selection as anywhere else.

This is by far my favorite KTV place in NYC! I love this KTV because of the modern renovations, great sound system and it has everything you would want and expect from a good karaōke including one of the most up to date selections in Chinese and English songs in New York. Unlike other KTV’s where they serve mediocre to crappy bar food. This KTV actually serves real food from fried rice to noodle soups. My favorite was the beef noodle soup which was fragrant and full of flavor. The staff was very attentive and quick on getting us our food and drinks. I had such a good experience that I had my fiancée’s birthday bash in their VIP room and stacked it with over 65 people and everyone had a blast!

I don’t know why someone said there’s individual bathroom in each room, there’s clearly no bathroom in the small rooms. The place was just ok, we paid $ 14 per hour in the afternoon for small rooms. The quality of songs were so so, some songs were really loud and some weren’t, so we had to adjust the volume very often. The soundproof were bad, we could hear the strong bass coming from the room next to us, which was really annoying. And I wasn’t sure their menu was updated at all, we ordered two teas, one was $ 15 and the other was $ 12 as shown on the menu, but when we asked for the check, it listed both teas as $ 15. It was only $ 3 difference so we didn’t bother to argue with them. But for those who’s going to order a lot of drinks/food, check your receipt first!!! Free parking is a plus and it seems like there’s free shuttle bus from/to Flushing(39th Avenue) every hour.

The rooms are really nice and they have individual bathrooms for each room. It’s a fairly new place and the décor is nice. The price is good, whatever they charge for the room they allow you to eat/drink up to that price also. It is a bit further out in queens though, kinda in the middle of no where.

The place is called 10 point OK, and it means it. The service is just OK. Well the place is extremely nice, u can’t resist leaving because of how the amazing it look, but wait till you try on their KTV system, there is where the disappointment parts comes. It’s 2 different level, compare to their design. Anyway, the price is affordable, if you just want to sing, just give a it try.

Food & Drinks: + Atmosphere: ++ Sound system & Song selection: ++++ Service: 0 This place has decent new modern décor with nice sound system, great place for singing however the management there is horrible with lousy service that does not compliment this place well at all, it’s quite a shame that such a nice place with so much $$$ invested landed in hands of poor management, went to this place ever since they opened and their service standard just really getting worse and worse, so if a good quality sound system is all you are seeking for then this is the place for you, as for myself and friends, we often seek a great overall experience when we go out drinking and have fun.

Food & Drinks: ++ Atmosphere: +++ Sound system & Song selection: +++ Service & Restroom: ++++ Impressive computer system for there is a separate control panel for volume and microphone adjustment, song skipping or repeating, service, etc. located above the couch; remote controlling and an upright screen for song selection would complete the system. The menu for food and drinks is skimpy; you may bring your own alcohol since their license is pending. Atmosphere resembles a karaōke session at home; couch could be more comfortable, and coat rack is yet to have to allow more room. Service is excellent! Requests are satisfied promptly. Almost everything in the restroom is motion sensor, except the toilet. The bill is fair, and my overall experience is above average.
