Only giving this store one star because I have to not because they deserve it.
I signed up for their classes and my first class was a disaster. I received 2 emails confirming my appointment at 6:30AM. I wake up at 4:30 am to get there on time 6:30AM just to be told by an employee that my email is wrong. He went to get me a manager, 45 mins later after waiting for the manager I had to bang on the door because standing outside at almost 8 mths pregnant so early in the AM is just ridiculous. Anyways I finally get to speak to the manager just to be told that his calendar says 6:30pm and that my emails are wrong. So I left the location 1 hr later without even a simple apology.

After waiting over 5 minutes to be helped by an associate, I was given the wrong information because she could not be bothered and acted like I was annoying her! If I could give this store a zero I would. Poor customer service!!!

No one showed up to the infant cps class and managers would not explain to us why the class wasn’t cancelled before hand. Manager went to the back nd «fake called» his store manger bc he wanted to avoid us. This is a very very poorly run store and classes are totally unreliable– not fun when you are 8 months pregnant and rearranged your work schedule.

I’m shocked at how a company like this is sill in business. Terrible customer service. Employees walk by doesn’t even acknowledge your or ask if u need help. Standing by the gift registry waiting for one of the workers to finish talking on the phone (personal call) 20 minute process, he finally gets off the phone and ask if I need help. I can’t believe my wife considered this place for a baby registry. Worst customer service ever

Formula prices were a bit expensive even after the use of manufacturer coupons. Bit of a rip off for ready to use Similac infant formula. I went to Stop and Shop afterwards and the price was a dollar less even without coupons. Also, this babies R us never has any of their free item promotions in stock when you spend $ 50 or more.

My first child on the way and what better place for babies than Babies R Us. I came here to find a diamond in the rough. What I found was my first and somewhat expensive stroller, The Jogger City Select. I call it the transformer stroller because it does alot of interchangeable things from one kid to two. The store layout is done pretty well, divided by a persons’ needs. Since it was my first baby I spent about 2 hours looking around at what they have and did a little comparing and contrasting. The customer service was nice. they were able to help me find my stroller. Parking here is free, not crowded and easily located in this College Point strip mall. Cant wait to buy more things as I started a registry through Babies R Us… yay !
