To the Point Piercings and Tattoos

Awesome shop… Cool people, I got my nose pierced, going in knowing it was going to hurt… Jave did an amazing job. It didn’t hurt at all like I thought. I will go back… I’m thinking a tattoo next.

Like another reviewer said… Jave is awesome! He knew his stuff «to the point» (haha I’m funny).
& if you’re interested, both ears were $ 40 without tip. The equipment was in separate, sterile packages and made the price worth it.

It’s a rare occurrence that I venture away from my hippie oasis of Austin and embark down Highway 290 to the land of the Aggies… but Jave at To The Point is well worth the trip!
Even with the multitude of piercing options in my home town, Jave outshines them all. The shop itself is very clean and has that nice sanitizer smell that’s always comforting in an establishment that is going to poke you with a needle.
Jave is also super friendly and makes you feel right at home, and he even patiently put up with my indecisiveness while deciding what to get pierced (ended up with a double conch… it looks awesome!!). Even more notable than the cute shop and friendly faces is the quality of the actual piercing. There is definitely a skill involved in the process, and each piercing I’ve gotten done here has had no issues at all. The prices are also very fair.
So if you’re feeling sassy and have the desire to pierce something, now you know where to go. I won’t go anywhere else. You’re welcome, Unilocalers. :)

Jave rocks! The shop is always clean and smells like disinfectant, which is a big plus in my books.
The prices are really reasonable, the jewelery is opened in front of you so you know it was properly autoclaved and hadn’t been opened before. Jave’s really patient and won’t try to sell you shit you don’t need, and he also won’t do a piercing on you if your body won’t tolerate it (rather that just doing it and you having to deal with a rejected piercing/​scar tissue, etc.)
I highly recommend this place, and it’s the only shop I go to for body piercings!

To the Point does a good job with piercings, have never gotten a tattoo from them but their staff is terrible. Probably the most mean and unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with. After getting a piercing there I asked for them to look up my file a few months later and the owner or manager of the store told me it was a pain in the ass to look up my file because he keeps them in his attic at home. How unprofessional. I then told him not to worry about it that I would not come back to their place if he can’t keep customer’s files and he told me not to get «butt hurt» about it. He made these comments over text message because he was too unprofessional to call me and discuss my files. This is the last time I will ever set foot in this place. I don’t care what kind of shop this is, you still have to treat customer’s and other people in general with respect. Also, this place was dirty, I should have done my homework before ever getting any work done here. AND YOU SHOULD TOO!
