True Value in the Trappe Center is a GREAT store! Not just a hardware store… more like a home value store. They have everything! I’ve been surprised also that their prices are competitive and often lower than the big box stores which are 8+ miles away! The owners are always ready to help along with a competent and friendly staff. If you haven’t been there yet, plan your trip Today. It’s even fun for the kids too.

This is a real deal hardware store. Just about anything you need for all sorts of projects. A huge selection of hardware including metric, stainless, oddball bits and pieces. All the things you will never find at the big box stores and the prices are not inflated. Knowledgeable and courteous service is just icing on the cake.

Exactly what we needed! Great service and prices but what I like most is they have a big selection and if they don’t have something in stock they are happy to order it for you. As a multi-​property owner in Collegeville I’m pleased and they will continue to get my business.

I was working at a customers home in trappe, pa and needed a pipe tap to fix another contractors mistake. No stores in the area had one, even had a big box store in Oaks tell me they havent carried any taps or dies in over a year. I even called multiple wholesalers in the area with no luck. I called true value in phoenixville and they had what i needed. When the owner found out where i was coming from hetold me to hold on, he called his wife working at the trappe store and verified thay had one. The above and beyond part of the story is that the Trappe store isnt even open yet. She met me at the door during her lunch time and sold me what i needed to get my customers heat/​hot water back on. Fantastic people
