Unwelcoming atmosphere with horrible service and to top it off its over priced. When I walked in my nail technician acted almost annoyed that she had to work. I got gel nails here and they drilled my nails until they were paper thin. It took months for my nails to recover. The lady doing my nails messed them up repeatedly even caused them to bleed and didn’t apologize. She took a phone call that seemed to frustrate her and I think she took her frustration out on my nails via the drill… causing more bleeding. The manager watched awkwardly over my shoulder seeing how horrible my technician was doing and did nothing.

Terrible shellac job! The lady painted the color on all my nails and then had to completely redo it because she forgot a base coat. Also made me bleed around two of my nails and didn’t clean it up or apologize. The shellac started cracking on every nail 13 hours after I got it done.

Great service. Amy did a terrific job on my nails. One of the few times getting a pedicure that the message was actually the full time! Love it!!!

I have had my finger nails done 4 times here. Each time I had a gel French manicure. Looked beautiful!!! Rec’d lots of compliments on them. Many people asked where I had them done. Prices are comparable to other surrounding nail places. Open 7 days a week which is convenient. Friendly employees. Highly recommend.

Flawless gel manicure and I will tell you I am BEYOND picky about my gel. I don’t handle even one unevenly filed nail or even a smidge of gel on the cuticle. This place is awesome! Wait was a little long but I came on a Sunday afternoon without an appt so what can I say? Good price too– 30 for a full manicure with gel.
Addendum: went today and it was terrible. I guess it all depends who you get? Gel all over my cuticles and he asked if I wanted another layer I said NO and he proceeded to do another layer– now they’re globby and horrible. Feel bad because he kept asking okay? I said eh… okay because I can point out little things, but how to you tell them the whole thing just looks like crap?

I was in the Colleyville area and saw this nail place so thought I would get my nails and toes done. There was no wait, I was helped immediately so that was nice. They did my pedicure and nails at the same time– they told me to get gel nails so that’s what I did and the pedicure was going great until the lady got the exfoliation scrub out and I told her to skip that part because I have sensitive skin. (Think baby skin sensitive, and I told the lady that) So She used it on my feet only. She rubbed my skin so hard and rough that when she was done the skin on the top of my feet was rubbed RAW. If I can explain the pain it would be a 10. When I think of getting a pedicure I think of it as a relaxing experience, right? That is not what I got here. So miserable. The skin was raw and she broke the skin, so to make matters worse I had to leave for Vegas the next day and the top of my feet hurt so bad from it. I still get nightmares from her rubbing my feet so hard. Never will be back. Oh and on top of that I was charged $ 90 for the two services. REALLY? that doesn’t seem right. I’m not one to cause a scene and so I just paid for it and stupidly tipped 20 percent out of the goodness of my heart. Shouldn’t have tipped anything! I will tell everyone I know to not go here. It’s terrible. And they are rude to customers. Won’t be back.

Very friendly and does a nice job. I would recommend this salon but if you are wanting gel, their selection of gel colors is very thin.

ive reviewed them before but i am seriously just so pleased with everything they do that i want to leave them another raving review! i really cannot believe anyone in the colleyville area would use a different nail salon knowing that cv nail spa exists. ive gone there 1 full set and 3 fills of acrylics and they are PERFECT every time. they make them look so natural that i get asked regularly if theyre my real nails, and when i tell people no they immediately want to know where i get them done! i highly recommend peter, he does great work and is very nice. he gave me one of the best fills ive ever had in all of the years ive been getting my nails done yesterday. i decided to get creative and he pulled it off perfectly. i cannot stress enough that this is THE BEST PLACE in the area to get your nails done. believe me, ive been to all of them!

You can get a mani/​pedi anywhere with nearly the same results, but wouldn’t you rather go somewhere that the owner & staff actually seem to appreciate your business? Unlike the nail salon closer to my house, the staff here are friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, they always do a fantastic job. I have pink/​white acrylic nails and after my first visit, I have never had to explain my preferences for length or shape again; they get it right every time.
I’ve also never had to wait more than a moment, with or without an appointment. Selfishly, that kept me from writing a review before now, but the service is too good not to share.

I was a loyal customer to another nail salon in Southlake, but the owner was so incredibly rude, which made me very uncomfortable every time I came in. This place is a little small and not as «flashy» as some of the other Southlake salons, but it doesn’t need to be — it’s absolutely amazing! The owners are so friendly (which is a plus in my book since it seems that customer service has died out these days) and they know me by name every time I call and come in.
I’m incredibly picky about my gel manicures and Amy is by far the best manicurist I’ve had in a long time. Not only does she do a great job, but she’s also quick, which makes this little salon the perfect place to get a lunch-​break mani.

Yay! After going to one really bad nail salon and numerous mediocre and slightly overpriced salons, I finally found one that is just right for me! CV Nails & Spa in Colleyville is clean, the owner/​operators are friendly and efficient, and their prices are fair. I was really impressed the first time I went for a gel shellac manicure. Amy did the best job I have ever had done at ANY salon! Since then I have gone in for a pedicure and have returned for several gel shellac appointments. This is where I will be going from now on!
