Walk in about 1:30 pm and check in. Hanging out at the number 1 spot for a while. See people with AT&T name tags walking around not helping anyone. 46 mins later, I’m now number 2 in line. Not sure what happened and people with name tags still walking around, drinking water from the fountain, playing on their iPads, and laughing, STILL walking around. Maybe I’m not doodied up enough to get service at this location, but I work nightshift and I’m freaking tired from taking care of sick ICU patients all night long. I just want to upgrade my phone people. I know exactly what I want. I tried to take care of business online with Javier, the AT&T phone rep. He said for this certain deal I must go into the store. Geez o’Petes!!! This is ridiculous.

Unimpressed with the customer service. The rep acted like he didn’t have the time to help us or answer our questions. Store was not busy, but he was too busy watching the basketball game…

We used to go to BestBuy for our phones but we had some issues so we started coming here for all our phone needs. It works out since this place is closer. It’s small though and the selection isn’t as big as at other places. But it’s still good.
